They claimed to have called me from the Federal Reserve Bank of Washington D.C. He went by the name Thomas and had a very strong accent--WASNT AMERICAN.

They had all of my information like name, address, zip, phone number, age, etc. but then they asked for my drivers license and my bank account info.

Been calling my number for about a week now. Never rings more than 2 times. How many of you people are new AT&T customers?

i just received a call from the all zero number.  my husband received onecyesterday, about 3rd call like that.  is it only limited to verizon subscribers or does everyone get them?8dd

This isn't a real phone number so why doesn't the phone companies just not allow these call to go through?  I'll tell you why because they (phone providers) aren't held accountable for letting what are clearly scammers use their system to defraud us.

Looks like the most reported number in history. Obviously spoofed digits that are reused over and over by various nefarious companies.
Guess I'll be blocking it now.

Enerplan phoned twice,asking questions about heating cost and our home structure.
Said. We are éligible for a réduction of heating cost.Wanted to make a visit witch I refused and said"I didn't trust them and hanged up!

Keep getting calls late into the evening from a bogus phone number 000-000-0000.Really irritating,my cell phone service provider has not offered any explanation on this,or where the calls are coming from.

caller from 000-000-0000 press talk to call back this number and the reciever claims they are from the telephone company and they want to know what number you are dialing from.  This is a weird world full of spies.

It's a spoofed (fake) number.

Received call from this number.  Did not pickup, no message left.
