I have the unlimited data/txts/email beyond talk from VM so I do not understand why this message. I assumed it was not from VM, because of the incorrect message plan.- Caller: This is what I want to know
- Fed up with Virgin Mobile alert messagesI get several of these / month yet I have an auto-pay plan so the only time I should be notified is if my credit card is about to expire. I've been woken up at 3am with these completely pointless messages. I reported it but they said they could not disable the message, change the delivery time, send email only, or block the SMS so I filed a report to the FCC. Glad to see I'm not the only one upset about this ridiculous notification policy.

Obviously, there is a very serious problem. Customers should know that their personal information is being compromised. Wake up Virgin Mobile and start protecting your customers!
