Not sure what language you are using but the google translator just went tilt trying to decode that gibberish.

per the Urban Dictionary :
kak is South African means same thing as "caca" for Americans (feces)
per Google Translate
"latitjies" is Afrikaan but Google Translate has no matching word in English
"die" is "the"

Sh*t this people, they keep on calling but they don't bloody talk, when I call back they reject my call sh*t the latitjies.

it happened to me as well, it calls me everyday and when i pick  up it hangs up, annoying!

I'm having exactly the same problem with this number as other posts in this forum. Am receiving calls from this number on my landline in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Who is this???? Received several calls fromm the number but no one speaks, Ghost caller,when I call back the number nothing happens, no tone or anything. Telkom please disconnect the line.

Please how can we BLOCK this number from phoning us? As each time I answer, they hang up. Have tried calling back but cannot get through to that number.

This number belongs to SABC TV licenses apparently,bv they call numerous times and when answered,don't reply.Really very annoying,and when u try and call back,the number gets rejected.

Caller calls my cell phone, my spouses cell phone and our landline all at the same time. If you do answer no one speaks.

This is number has called me 7 times today. But what I do not understand, it calls on all my lines at the same time.  2X Tablets, 2x cell phones and 1 X landline.  This would seem that somebody has gotten all of our personal information. When we answer, the line is just dropped.
