Why are you even commenting on a telephone numbering system that you are not familiar with. Believe it or not but not everything works on the the north American numbering system, there is a whole world of differences outside of America.

You can call that number from N. America, but it's an operator assisted call that will likely get you outside the country. North American area codes or prefixes don't begin with 0s or 1s, meaning the call is probably coming from overseas and a scam.

I get alot off calls from this number, sometimes 5 to 6 times a day and night! Person doesnt talk only rings up?

I am being constantly harrassed by calls from this number. They call my landline and all our families cell phones simultaneously. The calls come through at all hours of the day and in the middle of the night. They never leave voicemails.

They call then hang up when I try to call them the don't answer

This number calls at least 4 times per day and sometimes at night. When I pick up, there's only a click and the call ends! Who are these people!?!!!

I've been receiving calls from this number as well and when I answer my phone nobody replies, its been weeks now

This call is annoying ! u answer they hang up , u call back they reject the call.

i have similar problem with others about this number,it calls me twice and when i pick up it hang up than when i call it back it doesn't ring than hang up, this is annoying and i realy don't like it.
