    What it's about is likely getting a name to go along with your number for resale and to strike again. Obviously a spoofed number since no American area code begins with a 0 or 1. If you get a rotten looking number like that, leave it alone and don't allow them to get voicemail. As far as I know, no call from a dumb looking number like this one has been of any value. If it was, why use a spoofed number?
