    It's Avon Insurance.  I get cold called about once every 6 months.  They represent bigger companies who are trying to sell you insurance.  In my case it is always income protection insurance from Commonwealth Bank.  I tell them no every time but they just don't give up.  They will be following up an offer you would have received in the mail.
