I have just started getting these calls and out of interest looked up the number from a search engine and came across this forum first go. Firstly, thank you for posting this info. Secondly, these crayons have a website as mentioned above and at this link;

you can put in an application. I put an application in for Customer Care as it seemed the most appropriate. In the 'If you have other needs please specify below'; I went to town! You know they are going to read it because they will think it is an application for new business.

I just received a call from Danielle Graff of ICT Australia purporting to be from Adelaide Bank in regard to a brochure. I had no idea what they were referring to. When I asked for a number to cal them back on was advised that I can't do that as they are a call centre and only have outbound calls. There is no way to call inbound. I googled their number and found a reference to this site. They would not advise me of the nature of the call, which is what makes me suspicious of the intent of the call

I'm so glad I googled this phone number which has been pranking me for months!! I never expected to find all this info... so thanks to the leads I've located the ICT group Sydney office and this is what their website says about their "ethical" phone pranking company...

yeah me too, you cant ring them back although they ring me 2-3 times a day. im trying to think of how they get our mobile numbers.. not happy

Yeah, i'm glad i googled them first as well. They've called twice (as far as i'm aware) once on friday night and the other saturday afternoon. Some people are just stupid.

i, too, have been getting endless unsolicited calls from this number and would like to see this phone account cancelled on the grounds that it is being misused.

i too have been suffering with at least 2 calls a day every day for the last couple of weeks. A quick call to the ICT number listed above (and repeated below) - and they have removed my number from their database.
Be nice to the girl u speak to - she's just a messenger and apprently gets some [***] calls - she's there to help u!

I've been harassed for days by this number - eventually I got a person at the end - ICT on behalf of Westpac (my bank).  I asked her to ensure they didn't call me again for any purpose and she told me she'd put me on their "do not call" list.  I'm already on the main "Do Not Call" register but that doesn't apply if you're an existing customer...

I must now contact Westpac, complain about ICT's harassing behaviour and tell them how badly it reflects on them.  :)

this number is getting on my nerves it started last week the calls i go to answer and complete silence, i try calling the number back but it was the same thing complete silence no ringtone nothing.what the F*** so i decided to hop on the net to see if i could find out anything about this number only to find out others like me are going through the same thing, its annoying.

Thanks to all who have provided the number for ICT - I just called them and asked to be taken off the list.  The lady I spoke to was very nice about it and the whole conversation took about 20 seconds.  Hopefully they will not call me again!!!!!!

I have a called today and yesterday they were from the commonwealth bank upgrading accident proctection or something

Followed Millie's path and was told it takes up to 48hrs to remove a name from their list

I just tracked the numbers down to comm insure. I made several calls and comm insure advised me that the calls were made from direct marketing companies on behalf of comminsure. So if you have comminsure you need to ring your bank and tell them you are being telemarketed by these numbers. They then notify the companies to tell them that you are not to be telemarketed. I hope this helps.

Oh my god thank goodness for this site! I first got a call last year and told them not interested. They have started hassling me again every day, sometimes night, for the past 2 weeks! Does it charge you to answer their calls? I feel like hunting them down and breaking heads. I was worried something dodgy was going on, so thanks for this site

I too have been getting these calls for about a week now. When i answer there is no one on the other end and when i call back there is no dial tone. I called the ICT number given by other annoyed people on this site (thank you) the woman who answered gave me the impression that she was expecting the call. She didn't ask any questions about the calls, just took down my number and told me it would take 48 hours to be removed. Something about this just seems dodgy.

I have had the same issue over the past few weeks.... very frustrating. I had also tried to call them back and the number wasn't connected! I followed advice below and contacted DODO and had my name and number removed from the database. I have never contacted DODO before, and was very curious as to how they had my number at all.

this call comes through to my phone about the same time every day at around 2.00pm

Thank you so much for solving that mystery. I phoned the ICT number and they promised to remove me but warned it can take up to 48 hrs. I feel for the woman who mentioned her sick mother. I am going through the same thing with my father and these hang up/no message calls are really not what I need right now.

these people been calling me for over a month started when my bank account got ripped of lost all my money. Was getting 2-3 calls a day with no one at the other end until today when an american lady told me she was with st George bank when I called the bank they said they definately didnt ring and it isn't any of their numbers. They knew my name I don't know where or how they got it but suggest no one talk to these people or confirm
or give them any details
