I've had calls from this number every day around 11-12 am, and sometimes again in the afternoon.  Have never answered, and no messages left.  I, too, am on the do not call list.

Yeah I got a call at 10:01 on the dot today. No idea who it was because I wasn't paying attention and was half asleep so I didn't answer. I tried calling back later only to be informed by a robot that I can't call restricted area codes.

At 2:40P 4/18/08 i received a call from this number....but i didnt answer because i didnt recognize the number?  no message was left either....thanks for the previous feedback...if anyone finds out what area that number belongs to please post it....thanks a million google

Five calls from 088-196-8090 in past 10 days.  Answered call one time--caller said nothing.  No message left from other four calls.  I'm on No Call list.

i have recieved about 2-3 calls per day from this number in the passed week..its really starting to get annoying they wont leave a message either which is fine..but im not going to pick up either..have you found a way to stop this madness?

Three times this number has called in a two week period. I never answer and they never leave a message.

i had a missed call and tried to call back and the number was not working... everytime i would call it would say something different. they did not leave a message.

I have received about 11 phone calls from this number. No voice message was ever left by the caller so I decided to Google the number as it is an (I'm assuming) international (non-US) phone number. I have not been available to answer the call, but I think I will now. My thinking is that maybe if I make it uncomfortable enough to call, they'll stop. This has been my best strategy with other calls of this type.  Wow! Speak of the devil! The caller just called again as I'm writing this. I answered, but got no reply. Weird.

This number has called me 10 times today. Never leaves a message. My phones on vibrate but it's still annoying the crap out of me.

Have been receiving calls from this number for months....about three to four times a day.... there seems to be nothing you can do....best thing...NEVER answer...

Have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone.  I have never answered the calls nor do they leave voicemail.  I am on a Do Not Call List.  How do I make them stop?!

who ever is calling from this number seems to think it's funny to call all the time

not only did i get a call - but i've been getting them for the past week or so about 6-10 times a day.

i answered the first time or two, but i've been letting it go to voicemail since - it's just super annoying when they decided to call when i'm in the middle of something and insist on calling me a few times one right after the other

this is not a joke.. this is a devils number.. its because there were two people died from this call. its look like one missed call thingy.. one malaysian and other one filipino. i knew this because im filipino and it is true. i dont scare you. but its up to you to believe..

I just received a call from 088-196-8090 on my cell phone. When I answered they immediately hung up without saying anything. My number is on the DO NOT CALL list. Why am I getting this?

My brother just got a call from this number and he did not answer because of the area code.  However, I decided to check into it and found this website.  Thank you all for you information.
