My hypothesis is: A possible hacker has found a way to contact all phones esp trac fones..I wouldnt reply if i were you..he/she/they may have your number to use !!

Use Tracfone prepaid Motorola C139, I see others here use the same phone. Got a weird text from this # today, same as some others here, reads:

"application/vnd.wap.mms-message"

WTF???

no text on my daughters cell

who the hell is calling

got a text from same number, with an old motorola trac phone (or rather, i used it with a Cingular/AT&T Go-Phone.) but i have a contract-plan number now, and my text (from 1-111-130-1000) was not wanting to open up.
but all it said, once i got the file to open, was "ed chicken"

Getting calls from this number almost DAILY ..... there must be a way to stop these!

I understand how some people must think that a pic or video was sent, but that's not the case. I have a Motorola C-139 Tracfone as well. When someone sends a pic, there is a link that is displayed (like a url), but I don't see the picture. I do not have anyone that has my number that would send me pics twice a day every day, all week, for months a t a time. Everyone who has my number knows I don;t get pics. So, that is not the problem. I don;t care about losing minutes, I just want to look at something other than a blank screen. But now when I get them, it won't let me read it. It displays "Incomplete concatenated message!" That's what irritates me....

I have three AT&T GoPhones.  Every single one of them is receiving BLANK txt messages from that same number ...  11111301000.  This has been going on for months now.  They always come in pairs just split seconds apart.  Sometimes there are 2-3 pairs per day.  I called AT&T to question them about who this is ... they said this was something being sent out by "American Idol" of all things!!!  The text itself doesn't even show on the phone ... only on the activity history in the online account! Makes no sense at all.

It's a hacker.  Two years ago, several companies were hacked and they have all these phone numbers.  They devised a program to send out random texts to use up peoples' minutes.  They do it for laughs.  You'll have to change your number if you want it to stop, or get unlimited texts.  They will keep on coming.

I've read 3 pages of comments on this site...I too have received texts from this #; However, my phone is a Blackberry and I have AT&T/Cingular service.  It alerts me I have a msg both audibly & visually, only when I go to check msgs, nothing.  Not even an empty msg-just nothing!  The only reason I know where its coming from is I check it through my carrier logging onto my account to check history.

me to i also just got my track phone and while i was watching a movie my phone just started to vibrate and it was this number and i texted back and said who r u and no one responded back

whoever this is, is going 2 have 2 pay for what they did and how much money their wasting!!! ITS SO FREAKIN ANNOYING OF WHAT THEIR DOING!! SO PLEASE STOP WHOEVER IT IS!! IT WOULD HELP A LOT OF PEOPLE IN LIFE!

I received a text from this number, with no message attached.  This has happened a few times, and it takes minutes from my phone.

keeps sending me useless blank texts that deduct 0.6 units from my TracFone. Very annoying, and I would like to block i, but I can't, and does this happen to all prepaid phones?
