Keep getting oprah diets and other phishing texts from this number

just got phishing text from Oprah on my cell - similar to ones earlier from numbers ending in 00 and 03 -
FRM:oprahstoday.com|Discount#SE1817813<omitting last 2 digits on purpose>
MSG:This giveaway is oprahs largest ever|Discount#SE1817813<omitting last 2 digits on purpose>

Carrier said this was SPAM so I don't need to report it - but do now have the capability if necessary
(thanks BigA - I checked with them after earlier report - appears they heard me/others)

Note poor punctuation - I doubt real company would say oprahs instead of Oprah's

Texted me that a purchase of a galaxyz4 flip was made on my card and to call 18886956848, which no charge was added to my card
