I, like some of the other posters, have received phone calls from this number.  Since it is a number and area code I'm NOT familiar with- I do NOT answer the call.

I want these Tele-Pest callers to stop all of this calling!!!  I don't answer my phone unless they leave a message and of course they don't!  I have my number on the Don't Call List...why do they keep calling?  And I think it is terrible that almost all places on the internet where you order something and lots of others too where they ask for your telephone number when I don't see where they need it and you can't go any further if you don't put it in...it should not have a star by it making you do it...they ask you for your email address and that should be enough.  I have been getting quite a bit of these kind of calls and I want it to stop!!!!!

I've also been receiving at least 3 calls a day for the last month, id 200-200-0000.  Picked up and it was a democrat party pollster.

I've been getting these calls (200-200-0000) for a few days now at all times of the day.  I don't pick up if I don't recognize the caller and this is particularly weird number!

I'm getting calls from the same number ON MY CELL PHONE.  What I don't understand is, why the caller is not checking the National Do Not Call registry first?  My home AND my cell numbers have registered to the DO NOT CALL list yet, I continue to receive calls from this number and other numbers (with election recordings on the other end.)

Same here.  Just got three calls this morning.  We are getting them on our cell phones also.

I took it and it was them. They only had 3 questions, Goyle or Pompeo?, mail in ballot?, has it been mailed yet?

These are political messages.  Since "Super Tuesday" is coming up on November 2nd, these calls will end...  But watch out in 2 years when they come back.

Just got a call from "Jason" Who said he was with blue Stem Advertising. He wanted to ask
"A few questions about the upcoming election". I told I was sick off all the advertising and to
never call me again. He thanked me and hung up.

I know that won't help. Been getting a coouple of political ad calls every day for the past 2 weeks.
Many are disguised as "Survey Calls", but are really trying to get you to vote for whichever
idiot paid them to bother you at home.

If they were in any way legitimate they could refrain from faking their caller ID info,
But then our complaints might actually have an effect on them...

I suppose if I had sat through his "Survey" I could have figured out who he was working for
and call their office directly to tell them I will NEVER vote for someone who campaigns
    using telemarketers!

I got the same call, and they did not leave a message. If it IS a political call, though, hate to tell you, but that's not covered under the Do Not Call Registry.

    I found this at    :http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt107.shtm

Political solicitations are not covered by the TSR at all, since they are not included in its definition of “telemarketing.” Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000 .

Thought this number was something like that.  I didn't recognize the area code, and anybody that won't identify themselves while calling long distance gets a quick pick-the-receiver-up-and-hang-it-back-up-again from me!

If this is in fact a Democrat organization calling, let's all vote against the Democrats to teach them a lesson!

Go to the store and buy one of those hand held horns with a small can of compressed air attached. Answer the phone next time they call, speak softly and ask them to please turn up their volume because you are having a hard time hearing them (most of these idiots wear ear phones), then give them a nice long blast with the air horn. If they still want to talk, then you cuss them out. Maybe they'll get the point.

I get calls from 200-200-0000 infrequently but regularly. I assume it's a collection company; my money is on Portfolio Recovery Associates. I have a lot of debts and I get a lot of calls from collection agencies (2-6 per day); PRA is my most frequent caller. PRA and all the collection agencies play a variety of caller-ID games, hoping to make you let down your guard and take the call.

i've had calls from this number several times. I've even answered before but no one is ever there.  they don't leave messages on my voice mail either when i don't answer. There is no such area code as 200.  It's getting old!!

I've been getting calls from this number for several days, several times a day. The election is passed, I don't have any accounts with a collection agency. I'm not sure who to complain to?
