I get calls from them all the time too!  Since I found this site, I've been keeping track of the calls.  I JUST got another, and told them off and told them I was on the Do NOT Call list and I would be filing a complaint against them.  I also "asked" them "who is calling", and the woman said "Belinda".  Belinda WHO??  Belinda.  BELINDA WHO????  She would not tell me who or what "company" she works for.  The heck with that!  That's when I gave her an ear full!

OK, I just went to the Do Not Call website and filed a complaint!  I hope it works!

Several Calls a day for weeks.  We do not answer.

Wrote information earlier.  Please find out not only the national do not call list policy, you need your states.  The state you live in does the prosecution, even though you are on the national list you need to know your state attorney general's procedures and how to file a complaint.  Also make sure you are on your state's no call list, there is usually a link at your state's attorney general's web site.  Make sure you document when you told them you wanted to be on their no call list or that you are on a no call list.  This is important, this is the only way you can stop these calls, and punish them for imposing on you.  Get information, specifics, like the number and state calling from, time, who you spoke to.  Then they can be prosecuted.  If they call back immediately, write it down and file a complaint immediately.  Just make sure you have a paper trail and that you will follow up.  Unfortunately the no call list itself is only enforceable if you do your job.  Remember they could go out of business if every one followed up!

they called me too, today, and of course did not leave a message.  Needless to say, I'm on the DNC registry, but they call anyway.

Dial America is listed at this phone #.  They started calling about 3 weeks ago but the first one was from a 800 number.  Looked it up and saw lots of complaints as here about Dial America.  I have NOT answered any calls but I am getting tired of it.  Has anyone had any luck stopping them?  I see someone reported to Attorney General's office.  They must have called at least 20 times these past two weeks.

We are on the Do Not Call list as well.  This number has shown up on our phone almost everyday for the past couple weeks, usually around 10 AM Pacific.  No messages left on machine, they just hang up.

Very annoying.

One or two calls every couple of  days/. a call at is around 8 9 o clock at night. If I see the number on my caller ID I won't pick up the phone. When I have pick up the phone they hang up.

They sell magazines.  If you bought magazine subscriptions from them in the past, then you have invites a business relationship, and they have a permissible purpose to contact you.  

I just called to inform them that I wanted to be placed on their do not call list.  The rep said that the process takes 5-7 working days.

If I get any more calls after that, I will have them fined, and sue them for each infraction.

Getting several calls a day. Calls at different times of the day. The caller id only shows Hackensack, NJ. They don't leave messages. I am also on the Do Not Call List.

I have been receiving calls, at least once per day, from Dial America. I just received a call and didn't answer.  I, like everyone else here, feel they are harassing me, and I am not going to stand for it.  I am getting in touch with the Washington State Attorney General and anyone else I can contact to get rid of these calls.  I have been on the DNC registry for a long time.  They called me at 11:30am PST here in Kennewick, WA.  I will never answer and they never leave messages.  As far as I am concerned, they are more wasting THEIR TIME!!  Not mine! I will NEVER answer! Keep wasting your time, Dial America!  =)  

They keep calling and calling and I am sick of seeing their number on our caller ID. I will not answer it when they call!

Several times calls from this number shortly after 8:00 a.m. my time (arizona). Phone only rings a couple of times and I couldn't reach it unless I was standing right beside it. No messages just the phone number. My number is on the do not call list and has been for quite some time.    

I was away from my home and at 1:40 pm today I receifed a call from 201-373-8326 which showed up on my caller ID as Dial America but no message was left.  I too amd very annoyed at having calls like this.

We've been getting calls from 201-373-8326 everyday, we just don't answer them.  It is annoying, we are also on the do not call ist and they still call.  It says Dial America.

This company isviolating the national do not call registery and will be reported as such.  They are attemping to sell magazines, to which this household does not subscribe.  They are unscrupulous at best, and no one should do business with them.  If you want a magazine, contact the company that publishes it directly yourself.  I suspect you may be sending money to a bogus firm that will sell your personal information, who knows if you will ever actually receive what you pay for from them.

missed call on caller ID.  Is about a magazine renewal.  Am now on hold to tell someone to leave me alone.  He said ok we will remove your number.  This will prevent us from contacting you to help with things like Mothers Against Drunk Driving, is that really what you want?  YES.  Ok then I will remove you from the list.  If you get any more calls please just disregard them.  um no, I will be calling you AGAIN if I get more calls.  Well, he says it could take two to three days.  I told him there is a whole web page on how we hate them.
