Called my cell phone 4 times

I'm trying to find out who's calling me from this number. They came to my house today, and called from outside.

It's credit one bank, they are an India based call center so the only way to reach them is their normal number. I've tried closing my account 10x and they refuse to, and are rude keep talking over you and ignore everything you have to say. I rather close the account then deal with them.

Just answered the number.  Credit One bank.  Made a payment.

They say they are from Credit One Bank. THEY ARE NOT CREDIT ONE BANK!!!! They were calling saying my account is overdue when it is not, so I called the actual 800 number for Credit One and they said under no condition would I be getting a call from New Jersey about my account and NOT to give them any of my information. I recently moved my payment date from the 16th to the 2nd and received a new bill with my new due date. These scammers called me today and were trying to insist that my bill was past due and is due every 16th.  I told her "No, I just received my new bill from my actual credit card company and in fact, they told me I am not to give you any information or payments." She tried to say something else, but I said "Have a good day and good bye" and hung up. So they are reported to the actual Credit One Bank. If you get any calls from anyone claiming to be Credit One. Hang up and call the 800 number on your card.

Don't give any more money, they are fake!!!!

They are NOT credit one, call the 800 number on your card, they will tell you it's not them.

Dont pay AT&T to block numbers. I have downloaded Mr. Number which blocks call for free. Check it out in the Google Play Store under Free Apps. It works very well.

Actually, this number is likely a "hired" cold call service. There's thousands ofthem out there. A company, or many companies, hires this type of service to do there dirty work, i.e. cold calling for solicitating sales, cold calling provided numbers for collections, cold calling to sell or collect nearly anything. Therefore, there's a good chance most, or even all, of the above posts are correct. In any event, it is definately not a provoked calling source but rather the usual unwanted phone "spam" so to speak. I have already blocked it. To do anything else as in filing claims and suits and bitching about it to some sort of authority is futile and fruitless. Carry on.

This number calls constantly,  and it's to the point of harassment

This is legitimately Credit One Bank. I know because I answered and I do happen to have an overdue balance. If you get a girls call line for some reason then either 1) this USED to be a different number of 2) those people are spoofing Credit One's line to hide something.

If this is credit one they are harassing people. They call every 5 minutes for $25! I don't answer #'s I don't know especially if I'm working and if it is so darn important that you speak to me leave me a voice mail. I paid my bill by the way so stop calling me!!

This is true. I am a customer and I am owe a payment.

This is Credit One Bank's Collection Department.

Its a collection agency for past due bills.
Mine is medical and will be wiped off my credit report after four years ( this year). They want you to start paying before that happens. Even a financial adviser told me DO NOT START PAYING ON BILLS THAT HAVE BEEN IN COLLECTIONS FOR THREE YEARS IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE A PAYMENT!
IF YOU HAVE MADE A PAYMENT AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT REPORT, I SUGGEST YOU PAY IT!

They ARE a collection agency not some "good product" company.

This caller continues to call my work cell number 8 to 10 times a day. I never gave th this number and they continue to call even after I told th to stop. This is telephone harassment!

this is credit one bank. they have a million numbers. Trying to collect for their CC.

I've gotten two calls today.  I am a credit one customer, always pay on time, but as so many people report, they NEVER leave a message.  I'm just going to block them from my cell (for free...it's an option on the phone)
