Constantly calls and leaves no message.

Yea, I fell way behind with my C1 account, and unless I somehow win the lotto, I will never be able to even catch up, let alone pay it off. I didn't plan it this way; it happened when I lost my job. Nobody will now hire me cause I got too old.........

It is credit one bank.

BS calls keep coming in at all hours.  When calling back I get "constant busy"

NEVER acknowledge the debt.  After no input from you, if debt has not been acknowkedged for 7 full years, they can't go after you. Not good for credit, but they really can't go after you.  Answer no questions and if they harass u, document it.  It will be grounds to forgive the whole debt in court.  Google word like credit law, legal advice/help with bad debt for your state.  Do not go to a debt consolidation company.  If you cant pay, you can't pay.  Do not say anything about anything on phone or in person.  Read about how to avoid getting served.  Protect your privacy.  Don't worry, worrying never helps.  Good luck.

I made a full payment of balance due in April (500!) I now paid full balance in May (200!) Now they tell me my balance is late!  How can they negatively effect type credit score if you are always on time and current.  Credit One Sucks!

We did a debt management plan and they are being paid and ahead of the due date, they called 17 times in a row yesterday I think I am going to get a whistle and blow it in the phone the next time they call.  Just give up, we are paying them back they are horrible!

You can't call and talk to a real person when you need help with your account (can only send them a written letter to a PO box), but when your a day late or dollar short their spending hundreds of dollars a day blowing up your phone in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting act.

Credit One douches. I owe $25 and they have now called from 58 different numbers.

Same here! Expect mine isn't due until may 21st and they started calling on the 16th, with at least 4 calls a day
