You people call before 9 am in the morning several times a week, that is illegal, and second of all you are only allowed to contact someone once every thirty days by phone in order to collect a debt.  My husband is in law enforcement and I know these things.   Even though we paid our bill you still continue to call us daily...THAT IS HARASSMENT!!!!.........If it continues I am going to file a report with the FCC and whoever else I have to file with to see that it stops...

Early morning phone calls - no message left.  It's on my cell phone and I don't answers calls from numbers I don't recognize on it.  Costs money you know...

I do not want these people to call !!!!!

I receive about 10 calls a day from these people.  I have never done any business with them nor do I wish to receive calls from them.

Calling on behalf of Rooms to Go credit services. They were blowing up my phone for 10 bucks. Accidentally shorted them on a payment. Went online and got my account current. Calls stopped. They are stupid because they blew up my phone 4 or 5 times a day and never left a message. All they need to do is leave a message stating who they are and what they are calling about. I would have returned the call sooner and they would have had their 10 dollars sooner.

Hey  if they are calling your cell,  save the number, make the ringtone for them silent,  and then your missed call tone silent as well,  problem solved.
They call me all the time,  5 and 6 times a day,  it is BS,  not only am I not late on anything,  I actually have great credit.   They never leave a message,   just all hang ups,   screw em.   we have got better things to do.

This company does a LOT of private label cards.  Yard Card & several department stores.  Yard Card is funded by TD Bank - but I'm pretty sure the people you actually speak to don't work for the bank.

Calls at all hours and is relentless.  Wife answered and they would not give her any info.  Said it was personal.  Left a number for me to call back which i did not.  They never a message so i can only conclude that this is some kind of scam!

What type of business calls from 201-818-4000.  They call several times and I don't pick up.  And if it was important, they would leave a message, but whoever this company is does not.

This very rude person called claiming that he was calling for TD Bank about my Rooms to Go account and demanded that I verify my account information (over the phone?? for an account that was paid in full two years ago??)! He refused to allow me to speak, talking over me and getting louder and louder every time I attempted to insist that any matters should be addressed in writing and directed to the address on file. I eventually just had to talk over him in order to insist that all communication concerning any matters be addressed in writing and directed to the address on file to which he replied "the phone calls are going to keep coming". Sounded like a threat of harassment to me.

This number called me twice and on the second time, I answered.  Turns out it was Rooms To Go trying to get my refund check to me for $83.00 that I overpaid when I paid my account off.  It is TD Retail Card Services attempting to contact the account holder for an account related matter.

This call comes from TD retail card servicses...it's the financing company for MANY stores in both the US and Canada, as well as Puerto Rico.  They finance a lot of furniture and jewelry stores, they call when you are past due on a payment.  Some stores include Rooms to Go, Ashley Furniture, Apple (Canadien), Group USA, Advanced Auto Parts (Puerto Rico), Lastman's Bad Boy, Toshiba, Fred Myers, Diamonds International, Yard Card...

I have been receiving several calls from these people and when I asked what the call was in regards to she would not give me any information without my name and when I told her to tell me what the call was back she hung up on me.  Sounds like a scam to me.

This is exactly what is happening to me.  I have been called several times but they get my name mixed up and want my legal name....hmmm... The lady says she is from TD Bank.  I called TD and asked them why they were calling.  Since I don't have an account with them, they couldn't look it up under the bogus name that the persistent caller keeps calling me.  This is REALLY a pain in the butt- interrupts my work.

TD BANK is owned by Diamonds International.  Do a Google search under Diamonds International frauds or scam and you come back with hundreds of complaints by American Citizens who have been cheated my this company.  These people are of middle eastern or African people who have established a foot hold in the New York city.   They are on the FBI and secret service watch list I'm told.

We need to smash Diamond internationals and Indict the owner and many of the company employees we also have many of the company names and address.  If they deserve it then return it them
