I have gotten numerous calls from this number and no one speaks.

I get 2-3 calls a day from Meyer,Catherine    203-2391646
This calls are unwanted but they will not stop calling.

I just received the third call today.
Answered it but no one would talk this time. They have called me before it was about 4 months ago it went on for about a week with about 5 calls a day. They said I owed them money and that if I didn't give them my bank account info or s credit card that within 24 hours I would be arrested.
I guess they don't know how to tell time.

This number has been calling me. The name on caller ID says Catherine Meyer but the man on the phone ( we don't answer this phone it always goes to voice) calls me by my first name.  He always says " Dana, Dana, don't be afraid, pick up the phone. I am your father. (My father died 30 years ago)" I am going to keep calling you everyday, everyday, forever."
This is seriously freaking me out.

Phone calls from the deceased, huh? Solve that problem by thwarting unknown callers from getting a chance to leave you messages. Hear NOTHING more from this joker while getting him tired of never getting an answer. Odds are favorable he'll keep calling as long as there is one. Flush this guy down the drain with patience and letting your phone ring.

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.  There’s  no way to stop the calls from being initiated.

The number I had gotten is 202-239-1646 and the name that comes up with it is Catherine Meyer

I've been getting that call once a day sometimes twice and I never pick up because I don't know who it is. The name is Katherine meyer on my caller ID. When I call the number back it says it's not in service so it must be one of those calls you people are getting

That's the name that came up on mine I'm going to answer next time and be ready. Why aren't they doing anything about this anyway??

Idiots called me twice today answered the second time and some Indian guy I could hardly hear gave me a line about some medical lawsuit for some iv medication that I never have had. When I told them I have never had that medication he just hung up. Total scam don't answer.

Catherine Meyer and this phone number on ID. a man who could barely speak English (not Spanish) said it was Medical supplies of some kind. and not about insurance and U said have your billing people call me as most is getting illegally paid but Medicare as systems hacked into and most have no idea they  and their heirs are overpaid even after their will is probated. etc. He hung up. Our medical records and government contracted out billing is being outsourced just as Congress is trying to get oversight back for the first time since 2002.In our case our primary employer group health plan is hacked and deleted soon after it posts the international cabal'system that runs nearly the entire USA and most of the world now, and will when TPP is in place.

Been receiving calls from this number at least 5xs a day. I told them not to call me again and cursed them out and then they called 2 more times

I have received this call the last two days. At least four or five a day. I never answered till today. It was a man who seemed to be foreign and was saying very crude things to me. I told him not to call my house again and hung up. He called back a second later. I called the police. They took a report and told me to look up the number on the internet and low and behold you are all receiving the same call from Catherine Meyers. Just don't answer it. I am going to block the call with my phone company.

These people keep calling and when I call back Verizon says it can't complete the call.  Its scam I know!!!!!

Did not show up as DC call. Looked like country code number. I didn't answer.

name comes up as MEYER CATHERINE.  I didn't answer, and we do not have voice mail for a reason.
