I recieved a phone call today threating me with a lawsuit and said that i was gonna lose my full time jib and that i was going to jail for banking fraud and that the company that he was representing had giving me money which is not true they actually took money out of my account when they hung up they said god bless and good luck . known of what he said was true at all . and i am appauled that someone would do that and threaten that they wanted me to give them 8 to 9 thousands dollars and told me to get a lawyer and that the call was being monito0red by the federal goverment

I just got off the phone with this guy.  He said his name was Kevin Watson but had an Indian accent.  He tells me about a case being filed against me, when I asked where he proceeds to yell at me and tell me that I am being illiterate and uneducated.  I asked him to stop screaming at me, as he had called me at work.  He told me to have my lawyer call him and when I asked what for, he began to yell even more. I hung up and he calls me back to call me a mf b*tch.

I will definitely be looking into forwarding this information to the appropriate authorities.  I guess he didn't realize that the person he was speaking to actually had a law degree and will not be fooled or intimidated by him.

Yup, just got a call from this guy on my company's support line. Claiming to be Kevin Watson - yeah, ok.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I just got a call from the them today from this moron...seems everybody in that office speaks with a accent...mmmmm go figure.  I bet their from overseas running a scam.  I told him I was right here in DC and I was coming down to see him....

I received a message from this company. I have received messages before. I have never used the company they mention. Report the call immediately to your local authorities (not that they can do much). There is no warrant out for your arrest. I spoke with Lawyer Kevin. What a joke, if he was a real lawyer he'd have a command of the english language beyond cursing at me. When I informed him that this was a scam, it was reported to my local authorities, and that if they were a real company they wouldn't legally provide the information they do on a message, "Lawyer" Kevin asked if he could say one thing. He told me to f*ck off... I guess the truth ticked him off.

This man has been harassing me and threatening me that he is going to sue me if I do not pay an outstanding loan with Cash Advance. I never took out this loan and can't get him to stop calling.

Its a scam.. give it back to them by telling them your taking them to court and you are filing a lawsuit on them !! They have no right to threaten .. FTC regulations don't allow collections or those assuming to be lawyers threaten people.. give it back to them

OMG total scam  - called them back after leaving me several messages - asked why they are calling my house - the idiot answered phone as attorney ??? I said you are not an attorney and why are you calling my house - he said point black "shut up [***] - you know why and you will be arrested at work tommorrow - I asked again what you are calling for and where are you calling from you sound quite foreign to me? he said [***] you and hung up - so I called again and he answered as winston assoc now - not vincent - I told that and said you are a bunch of cons - scammers - as I can hear some other guy yelling at a person in the background - hung up again and now will not answer my calls

This is scam, they use VOIP. They threatened with jail, loss of my social security benefits, threatened loss of my job. This guy is an idiot, I am on SSI disability and have been for 12 years. I am trying to constantly get his number blocked, I refuse to change my number.

These are horrible, horrible people. I have filed a cmplaint with the FTC, called the police and sherrif's department as well.

Just got a call from this number. He asked me to let him finish his little spiel before I asked him any questions. After he finished he asked me if I had any questions. I told him that my husband was my attorney and he would want a copy of the affidavit that they were going to file against. He then said, "Your husband is your attorney?" When I said yes he told me, "In your f***ing dreams, [***]" and hung up the phone. I can't stand people like this. I do work for a litigation firm so I will be asking my boss what avenues I can take to make sure nothing like this happens again.

A man of middle eastern decent keeps calling me from this number .He states that there are legal actions going to be brought on me from his law office .He states his name is Attorney James Parker . none of the information he has on me is correct and he wants me to give him the correct information. If you can do something to stop this please do so other wise I will contact an attorney myself.

I have been receiving this phone calls recently and finally I was able to talk to this person name Kevin ,telling me that I will be soon arrested & losing my job and cursing over the phone .I did ask him their exact address and he hung up.Good luck!!!!
