Got same email from Attorney General <usa.harvey.lawfirm.77@gmail.com> with attachment that I will not open!! There again I do not think the Attorney General will send email from gmail.

Same here I got this email from Steve Park  saying I have a warrant of arrest for check fraud, violation of federal banking act  1983, and theft by deception. If I don't call him at 202 -242-2115 and If I don't respond within 24 hrs legal action will be activated.  Let me know how he got my SS# and email address. The good thing I googled this # and found your complain.

Same here .. got this email this morning .... I forward it to phishing scam .. hopefully this stops .. it is very annoying and I really hate for the ones that fall for this and end up losing money :(

What is so funny is that I got the same email and Isending a PDF of the arrest warrant whoever heard of such stupid

I received the exact lengthy message via email

Received the same lengthy message. 411 reverse the number and it indicates SCAM!! with a different person name.

Thanks for this info. I just got the exact email you did, and I started to freak out a bit, until I decided to check his name and that number he gave. Plus for him to put the exact same dollar amount just shows this is a full out SCAM!!

I just got an email from him/then as well. Do not click the attachment whatsoever. I researched it and it says to report it to the FBI

I just got the same email today, I called the United States District office in Spokane Wash and talked to a lady there and she is aware of this email fraud, she gave me the number to the local FBI office, I called them and they are also aware of this email.  Also called the FTC and filed a formal complaint.  These [***] must be stopped.  DO NOT fall for it.

I just received an email stating the same information,

Stated I was to be arrested if I didn't contact for check fraud guy sounded Asian and email had bad English.

I just received an email with the same number and Steve Parks an Attorney and attached was arrest warrant for check fraud unless I called within 48 hours

I receive same e-mail today at work.
What a scam!  Get a real life and real job!

Got the same e-mail and did open the attachment on my phone and its a bunch of bull about a lawsuit...It was for my daughter about check fraud hahaha, she doesn't even have checks..SCAM!
