I just received this same email!! This should be reported to the FBI!!!!!! Never would the State Attorney use a hotmail account but more importantly, if you have a warrant for your arrest, they don't send you a notice! They just come pick you up! SMH! Be Careful out there!! Please!!!!!

HI kelly yes this is a scam. They have been trying to get money from me the last 7 years and I get this notice like every 2 years. Being a former officer if this we'e a legal document you would get a notice send to your home address. Anytime anyone has a warrant the accuser never gets to see the document until the actual police is at your door. So no worries. Ignore these e-mails..

I just  received the same email from Steve parks and I called my attorney general office  and the BBB to report him and the email they told me there is no one in there system by that name and that I would have received paper work in the mail or by  process server  before anything was reported to the courts to give you a chance to make arrangements with  whoever is filing against you they never send out emails

Got the same email as everyone else.  It didn't make sense due to the grammar, the origin, also the state attorney general would have nothing to. Do with federal court as those guys are Deputy US Attorneys and I am not sure how you put someone's social security number on hold. Do NOT open the attachment and don't even talk to these people
