I got a message from this number saying they were from the IRS and that this was my final notice and they are filing a lawsuit against (you) and to call them to get more info on the case file. No name left on the message and it took three tries to call them back. They did say I called the IRS, but did not give me their name. They also did not have a correct name for me when looking at the number I called. Basically said they had the wrong number. Caller ID shows Wilson Seantell/202-250-9847

I got the same call. When I called the number back the guys was from over seas by his accent. I know I don't owe the IRS any money. I told him I know that I don't and I wouldn't pay him one penny because the IRS would send me a notification in the mail. Told him to kiss my A** and he hung up. SCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!! The number shows Washington DC on my phone and when a did a google search it states "202" AREA CODE FRAUD AND SCAM CALLS. I block the number so they can't call back.

I too received a  call from this number today ( name came up as Seantell Wilson). I  am supposed to call  if I want to know more about this case.

Got 2 calls from this number recieved a telematic v/m saying the IRS was suing me and to contact this number that is listed under a Seantell Wilson (202) 250-9847

Should be able to block number.  Until they change it.

Received this call from Seantell Wilson this morning.  Hung up when I heard the message.  He is listed at 1200 N.Capitol St. NW, B307 in DC. He also has a Facebook listing. Why doesn't the IRS send someone over to the office address to investigate this jerk and find out what's going on.

Left a message that I was being sewed by the IRS and to call back for details.

Got a call from 202-250-9847 on 12/17/15 stating IRS and some law suit.  Called back, spoke with a man with thick indian accent, call dropped when I asked to be mailed the information/discrepancies in my 2011-2013 tax filling.  I proceeded to call back but phone kept ringing without response, became suspicious.  Googled the number saw similar experiences.  A man finally picked up with clear English accent, cursed me out when he realized he has been caught and diverted the call to music background.  Very scary knowing that its almost tax season and some innocent persons may be scammed out of their tax return/identity.

They were extremely unprofessional and even cursed at me when I told them I didn't feel comfortable giving any of my info. I think its a SCAM!

The IRS actually will make calls (after they've already sent mail). But it will be from their publicly listed number and it will be a human. They will not ask for identifying information, etc.

Call from this number at 9:30 this morning.  Left the same voice message about IRS suit as others have written about.

Call saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against you, but can't provide a name as to who "you" might be. Name that comes up on caller ID is Seantell Wilson.

Got a recorded message as the others regarding IRS. They've called twice today. Definitely a scam

Another robo message from 202-250-9847. Same as above with the IRS. IRS would not sue anyone before going through lengthy communication, and they would use their own Tax Court rather than a lawsuit.

IRS is suing me

Seantell Wilson from 201-250-9847 keeps calling my mom and tried to trick her too....I am going to report her/him (whatever) to the Postal Inspector as my husband is very high up in that department....and has connections all throughout DC....so, hopefully they will be punished.
