This # belongs to IC Systems, a well known collection agency with a bad reputation. They use this number and several others close to it to

calls several times a day but when i answer no one is on the line,

They call me numerously every day, and those on the other end of the line are complete [***]! They try to use very heavy handed tactics, so I just hung up the phone. A collection agency though? as in collection for what? they arent solicitors are they

Precisely....collectors for what? Debt? I shouldn't have any so I'm a little concerned. Are they just solicitors then?

I receive several calls per day from this number.  I'm told that it belongs to I.C. Systems, a collection agency with a very bad reputation.  Don't know why they are calling me but they need to quit.

No one on the line when I answer, and no voice mail left....  Seriously? Stop calling already if you can't get to the point

Its the Feds.

7 calls on my cell phone in a week, a number that only my family is supposed to have.  I don't answer because I don't know who they are.  I mean come on enough already.

We have no debt!   IC Systems called our home and there was no one on the other end.   I send in a complaint to www.FCC,gov/complaints.   Caller ID reports: IC System 202.367.9070.

I dont have any medical debt and this number keeps calling me..more than once a day, at first I would answer but no one is one the other end...so i quit answering it but still very ANNOYING

Company calls daily, no one is ever on the other line. It's ridiculous how I pick up the phone every time they call, just to see if any one says something. One time, someone did, after a very long hold put on by an automated system, they asked my name, I confirmed and they hung up. Not happy about that

They call constantly! I probably do owe a medical bill, but I don't ever get anyone on the line so I can resolve it!

IC systems, medical debt collection company. I probably owe them money, but never get to talk to anyone nor do they leave a message

Call and multiple times there has been no one there. The one time there was someone there they were extremely rude. I don't live anywhere near DC so there is no reason for them to be calling me. I said I wasn't me and all they told me was it is a personal matter and hung up on me
