Got a call from this number twice in two days -  early in the morning - around 7am . No message left

These scammers use legit company names from the proximity of their "phone" number but they aren't actually affiliated with the legit company.  They make it sound so legal and proper in their messages but any legit company will use the correct legal process to file a lawsuit (and NOT heavy handed scam techiniques).

They called and I did not answer. Called back and talked to the most rude person I have ever dealt with. Would not tell me what it was regarding, asked for my name so I said "You called me, tell me who you are looking for" and she replied with "Hector" or some other Mexican name. I said "you have the wrong number, nobody here by that name" she hung up.

Just adding to the list. This is IC Systems. I just hung up on them.

This number calls all day long. I also get calls from Virginia. After looking around online, I've found that it's IC Systems. They never leave a message, and never stop calling. Obnoxious! They have a pretty bad reputation as far as I can tell. Wonder why the BBB hasn't looked into them.

There a Fake Collection company that is or has information on you.. all there trying to do is get more info . So on a further note they well call back with fraudulent charges like Medcial bills you owe..

They called me on a number that has never been given out to anyone I use it strictly for business calls. I have a personal cell phone as well that they called me about a month ago after receiving my name they hang up just to come back a month later on a different cell phone number to ask if this is who I was.. (Warning) don't give any info over the phone they well use it against you..

They haven't called me NON STOP!! No one is one the other line when I first answered!

I get 3-4 calls a day, nobody ever answers when I pick up! I'm DONE...blocked this number only to have them call from another!!!

I got a missed call from them. No voicemail. Just from reading these comments it really sounds like a scam or harassment of some sort. Sounds like a shady debt collector that's making the calls they are required to but not letting anyone resolve their issues so the company can claim they tried contacting you all the while getting more and more money for fines, fees or whatever they want to throw at you because people aren't able to pay it. Shady, shady [***].

they keep calling every day, twice a day and always leave a blank voice mail. would like them to stop.  it is rather annoying.

If they say it is the Feds it is a scam. The federal government will not call you directly, for debt or otherwise.
