silence then says test 123 test 123 on answering machine

silence for @ 5 seconds then "test 123"

Got this call even though on do not call list.  silence then "test 123".

got this call on 8/19 also on do not call list.  Caller ID says District of Colombia (spelled incorrectly on caller ID).  Call back to the number gives message saying that it's not a working number.  Number does come back to a verizon landline in Wasthington D.C.

Got this call today Aug. 21,2007...same thing with me ..said testing testing one two three..

Just received a call from 1-202-456-0258 about a minute ago.
It's a guy's voice (machine/autodialer) hyping some Network Marketing company (IE: a Pyramid Scheme).
He hypes up the company, it's products (Doesn't say what the products are. Probably recruting other people...) and how the company is in a position to "explode". Then more Blah Blah Blah...
Says to press 2 for more info. Then it hangs up.
No removal request option, nothing.

Have received several calls from 1-202-456-0258 over the past 3-4 months. Message states "testing, testing, 123" then hangs up.

Reported the number & call to Bellsouth/AT&T, as it clearly violates the Federal Do Not Call list and does not offer any type of Opt-Out option with their call.

Hopefully Bellsouth goes after them, as they HAVE with some of the past numbers/companies that I've reported before.
