Automated female voice that simply said, "Goodbye" and the call was disconnected

They (or just the 1 him-be my personal belief) called to tell me that they were from the government if an financial aid department or whatever and then I had likely been chosen to win some free grant money he transferred me from one phone to another but I swear to God it was the same person. I was assured that this was not a scam and I don't have to pay anything but I don't know what to think because I keep getting phone calls from 0000000 number and that doesn't make any sense period but it sounded like the guy was the same guy even though he changed his name every time they transfer me hence the confusion but I did not give them any information and they didn't really ask for much information... I'm used to things being too good to be true so I'm adding that this is not real so I'm just not answering the phone now I'd like them to stop calling and stop teasing me with a promise that things will be better LOL

Calling constantly all morning. I've had 5 calls in 2 hours. No one says anything.

I keep getting numerous calls from this number at least 5 times within a min& don't leave a message
