Caller said I had won a trip to the White House.  Called ID said US GOVERNMENT.   The caller repeated my phone number and asked if that was my phone number, I said, "When did the Federal Government start giving away trips?"  the phone went dead.  I did a reverse look up on this number and it comes up as the White House.  ODD.
