Annoying number that calls early in the morning & when you answer it is dead silence

This number called early this morning, woke up my wife and I~ very annoyed. If anyone finds out who these tools are please let them know that they are idiots.

Answered and when Sfen (that was this tools name) tried to give me loans for some odd reason, I told him no and asked him to place me on his do not call list. He told me he couldn’t because he doesn’t do that and I proceeded to tell him he will not call me back and then he hung up. Tried to call back and got a message saying the number doesn’t exist.

They are scammers from India who call from various internet numbers.  So far the same people have claimed to be from the Department of State Health and Human Services (does not exist), repay college loans, and a few others.  Just block the number and I guarantee that you will get another call from the same scammers but a different number.
