Left a message on phone today May 1, 2015. That you have unclaimed money. From the federal government and i need to contact them.Good thing i check the internet. They call from unknown number and left this number on my message.

I got the same frickin call also about the Government wanting to give me a $6,700. grant because they want to help people who are struggling to be able to be alright . . I just cant believe how people can pull crap like this & get away W/ it . . You know full damn well if any one of us was to try anything like this we'd all be locked up, so why are all theses SCAMMERS getting away W/ what they are tryin to do ??? Flat out RIDICULAS !!!!

I received a call today from 202 657 4059 with a recorded message saying it was from the IRS and I had to call them back.   When I did I spoke to a David Fernandez #1001039.  I was told that there was a miscalculation on my taxes for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.   I had to pay $2,367.00 today or the arrest warrant on me would be served.  All my accounts, bank, credit and debit cards were frozen.   But a Lee Johnson (who had the same voice as David Fernandez)  told me to go to the bank withdraw the money owned.  Then go to money gram and do a person to person transfer to Jackie Morgan Dozier Tampa Florida.
My case # is ACP12345.  I am not to tell anyone about this or I will be arrested.   I got the call at 10.39am  and will be called back in an hour so I can give them confirmation the money was sent.  They would supply me with a number to submit to the IRS website to clear everything up.
They have been calling every couple of mins.   Caller ID now shows abscabs001.

Total scam.  Originates in either India or Pakistan.   Block and ignore.   DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!

Been receiving calls from 0000000000 recently.  No voicemail.  Finally picked up today, was some Indian/Pakistani guy, heavy accent, was claiming to be from some US government agency who was giving out grant money to 10 people in my area code and I was randomly selected.  He wanted me to call back this number 202 657 4059 in order to speak with them about getting the funds to me.

The whole thing seemed incredibly suspicious.  The biggest suspicious thing was the blocked/spoofed number and the heavily accented person on the other end claiming to be working for some US federal organization of some sort (I couldn't make out the name he gave).

Definately seems like a scam.

I did not answer as I did not recognize the number but they did leave a recorded message. The first part as cut off but something about 4 allegations against me and local "cops" would be sent to pick me up if I did not return the call.

Called to tell me something went wrong with my taxes and that they are filing 4 charges against me unless I call back and give them money, except it wasn't a voicemail..I was on the line and it was a machine recording talking to me

They told me they were from its and said I have four violations on my tax forms and I have 25 hours to report back or the police will be knocking on my door
