I searched google and got this post. Tomorrow I am going to report them to the authorities. They asked me to send money through moneygram. Here is the info:

IRS does not file lawsuits. Court action, if any is handled by the DOJ and all parties are entitled to legal assistance if it is a criminal matter. But--tax disputes are for the most part civil matters. 90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively. IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes. IRS has no powers of arrest. If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job. IRS does not cold call anyone and ask for money. IRS does not accept Green card money paks for payment in any case. No one is prosecuted for ordinary tax disputes. IRS has absolutely no authority over anyone's professional license. Professional licensing is handled by state governments. Yes, levies on property to satisfy an existing tax obligation do occur, but only after a very long period of negotiation. And yes, liens are placed on individuals but usually after a lot of negotiation and a failure to reach a settlement. All determinations of tax liability are subject to appeals. All contacts by the IRS are initiated by US mail. - KayHad a message on my answering machine 9:09 on 2/5/15 from this number a man with a Indian accent saying he was office Mark Belle from the IRS. that there was a warrant for my arrest. - JLGot the call today... they said my husband would be arrested today and we would have a hearing tomorrow morning for purposely defrauding the IRS. They told me they filed the court case and he would be in jail for 7 mos. I asked for his Mgr and the said he was the mgr. I told him he was not the CEO of the IRS so to give me his Mgr. He said he had an Atty i could talk to and transferred me to "Office Kyle". Officer Kyle also was going to have my husband thrown in jail. I told them i was calling the local PD and hung up. Local PD said it was a scam and it happens every day. I tried to call the # back and they blocked me.

- J snyder replies to BarbReceived the same message from a Kelly or Carrie Smith claiming to be from the IRS and that she had a lawsuit that named us and that we should call her back immediately or she would go ahead with the lawsuit. She called from telephone # 202-697-9755 once at 9:30 am and then again at 11:56 am. We have not received any letters from the IRS and do not have any reason to have a problem. I did call back the number and it sounded like the same person that called me answered the phone. I just hung up. We will see if they call again.
- LilaA woman with an accent who calls herself Carrie Smith called from this number. I did not pick up the first time that she called because I did not recognize the number, but in the voicemail that she left she said that she was from the IRS and that there were criminal charges pending and to contact her to stop the charges from being filed. The funny part about it is that she did not mention who the charges where against or what the crime was. Clearly a scam.

- GetinvolvedThree messages left today on home phone from Kelly Smith of the IRS. Thanks Slim for providing the IRS contact information/form to report telephone scam. I just completed it online. Maybe if we all take a minute to fill out the form it will help them investigate this and put a stop to it. This is the second round I have had with these foreign people and enough is enough.

One hour later I get this guy who asks for my son by his first name. I said. C.... Who? He said he didn't know the last name. - Not so stupid after allI had a message on my answering machine from Kelly or Carrie Smith asking to call her back at 202-697-9755 because of a law suit. I did not understand the rest of the message because of foreign accent and background noise. I was suspicious because she did not say my name. I called back but got a busy message. After hanging up the phone, I went online and enter 202 area code and found this website with all the testimonies. I am going to report this phone number to the IRS website for fraud.
