Got a call from Kelly today.  She told me my husband had a lawsuit against him and needed to talk to her within 30 minutes or he was going to be arrested.  When I asked why, she said she couldn't tell me, but if I put him on the phone, she'd tell him.  I told her I couldn't understand most of what she was even saying (heavy indian accent).  She repeated again that he was going to be arrested in 30 minutes.  So I said ok!  He's an upstanding citizen who has no pending lawsuits.  Go for it.
I'm not holding my breath waiting for a call from the jail to bail him out.

I got the same phone call from Kelly Smith saying she was from the IRS Tax & Audit division and I had a law suit against me.  Call back got a machine.  Called just a minute ago just rang and rang and rang.

same as everyone else here. they called a couple times not asking for anyone in particular. same Kelly Smith (go figure) ... ignore this call and report it.
