i have several family members getting calls about ME from this number saying that there is a court action. My sister called them back and get a weird call center where nobody answered. No company name, no details and nobody willing to send anything in writing.  SCAM. Don't engage or call them back.

they called my parents house trying to get ahold of me gave me some funky case number when I told them that I was the attorney representing Ryan Wilson they put me on hold and then hung up the phone

They first start off by calling a family member and then they got a hold of my parents hey then decided to leave a phone number and a reference number when I call to talk to them and tell them that I had my attorney present they then hung up the phone and when I tried to call them again I got a different person and told them the exact same thing and they the send hung up the phone again.

the phone number that they called me from was Wichita Kansas the number that they wanted me to call them back on is somewhere out of Washington DC

I just received this all twice on my cell phone and when I came back to my desk I had a voice message from them, I called to see who they were and they said I owe money for a loan and I'm being sued, the person was very loud and was talking over me, I asked who I owe and she didn't tell me, she carried on to not answer my question and that I was being investigated for a bad check (Please).  I'm sick of these calls and I don't understand how they got my number at work but it's pure harassment

Just got the same thing...  called from a number in Los Angeles (I live in Alabama) and gave this number as a call back: 202-800-5518 which is in DC...  Nope... not calling back.  If I owe someone money, just send me a bill.

Received a call from 323-553-8975 (Los Angeles) stating they had received an "order process" in her office to file several pending allegations for which I was currently being investigated.  Also stated that her department would be verifying my current address and place of employment today and that I could discuss the issue directly with [something illegible]  and that I could reach "their office" (a 3rd-party, not the caller's office) at 202-800-5518 (which is in DC).  Interestingly enough, I live in Alabama, so why not handle it in Alabama, instead of the Left and Right coasts?

Received the same call. As did my mother in law, on my behalf. Claims “several “ allegations are pending and to call the number. That they are looking up my place of employment and address. Scam.

I have been getting them too. It sounds like a recording line and it calls from all different number but leave this number to call back on. I think it’s a scam

I don’t think they’ve ever called it but called my parents!! Now my parents believe it’s real!

Same thing with me on my VM they called me and said all that.case # 143-379 that they will use me in my county if I dont pay..

A credit mutual is calling me about not paying a bill from bally total fitness from 2010 and now I owe almost $2000 and if I dont pay it then I will have to get attorney and go to court coz I will be sued .. and if I dont want that why make it a big issue and just settle it now for $515 and they will take me out of the calendar for court... but only if I pay it today. And if I dont pay the $515 today then they will send it to San Diego court and I will have to pay that $2000..

Just received a recorded voicemail from this number 401-214-8173 informing using my name and telling me pending allegations with no explanation to what they're about and said failure to call back I will have a open investigation within my county and to call back this number 202-800-5518 I believe these two numbers are connected and have no one investigating me for any reason so I believe this is a total scam 😠😡😠

I have been receiving calls for about a week from different numbers but given this one and a reference number to call back.  No company ever identified so have been ignoring it. Will wait on actual proof of anything

Thug criminal robocaller debt collector. Received voice messages from other numbers telling me to call this one back, both calls for someone else. This may be a spoofed number, but just so you know if you see it. These lowlifes have been calling MY number for 10 years now for someone who used to have the number, even though I have told them many times they have the wrong number. It is not even legal to attempt to collect a debt over 5 years old. They call from multiple numbers.  I have complained to the FCC, FTC and consumer agency about these people but they say they can do nothing without a company name. I think that's horsehockey, they could do the minimal tracing of the number to look for a responsible party but they won't.

The caller was calling for the wrong person. But just so everyone knows, this caller is full of absolute [***]. Block them and don't call back. See transcript of call below.

This department will be verifying your current address, as well as your place of employment TODAY! In the meantime, it is your legal right and responsibility to contact this plaintiff prior to being served. You can reach their office directly 202-800-5518. Please reference case #149389. Failure to comply with this office will result in a forfeiture of your rights, as well as you being pursued through your local county."

Recieved a voicmail from 405-309-8455 with the same message as already posted:  A claim against me yada, yada, yada.  My county may pursue me, yada, yada, yada.  All info was very vague and my name and case # were relayed via non-human.  If I don't call 202-800-5518, I will forfeit my rights...Reeks of a scammer...  With this many comments regarding this phone number, I'm surprised no legal action has occurred against them!

Received a call on my cell from 619.343.9882 (San Diego CA) with a garbled message about the bogus "investigation" they are pursuing.  Msg told me to call 202.800.5518 with a case number they gave, otherwise I may lose my "rights".  Newsflash:  My "rights" are already eroded by having these scammers calling me every day.

I got the same message I looked up online of number but they want me to pay for the report I also feel it's a scam
