keep getting calls from this unknown number... very annoying

This number called my cell at 12:02pm 1/09/12 but due to other postings here am not going to call back.

Got a call but no VM was left.

I just received two calls on my cell phone. Carrier T-Mobile. Did not answer call since don't know anyone from 202 area code. They did not leave a message either time they called.

Got a call from 202-827-9981 on 01/09/12, but they didn't leave a message.  Caller ID read "Washington DC".

I got a call from this number today on my work cell phone.  I do not speak Spanish but I waited on the line an agent picked up (about 5 minutes).  I asked if she spoke English and she hung up.  I tried calling back but the number was disconnected.  This company is most likely spoofing the caller ID.  Most automated dialers allow a company to enter in a caller ID number to be left for each call.  However, this number should be routed to an agent or vm option for Do Not Call Compliance.  Most likely this call center is being operated outside of the US with VoIP or a shady company.  Contact your state attorney's general office a file a complaint.  Provide as much information as you can.  Not only are your protected by the Federal DNC your state has specific DNC laws too.

Called my cell phone!! I didn't answer (didn't recogize the number and not in my area code).  No message was left.

i just got call too!?? spanish message something about girt for today er some crap then hangs up!! who here gives out their number to facebook? maybe Everest institute? maybe craigslist. anyways someone has to be giving out my number and recently!

a call came to my daughter's cell phone. - they did not leave a msg.

I just got the same phone call. I didnt pick it up but when i tried calling back there was nothing. Something needs to be done about this phone number and the person behind it

I just got this call from this number as well but i didn't answer...

This number keeps calling my cell...the first time I tried to call it  back but it has a recording saying that action cannot be completed...WTH? Must be a scam or they would leave a message.

Yup... same here. Called the number back " number has been disconnected or is no longer in service." Scammers i'm sure!

I received two calls about an hour ago.My phone carrier IS T-mobile AND I live in Chicago. They didn't leave a message they just keep calling my cell.

i don't really care about which area code belongs to which state and all that. These phone calls are annoying!!! Its not even necessarily from JUST that phone number. It does show on my sprint phone as Distric of Columbia. (Sorry Jersey). I returned the call and got the "fast busy signal". I think that if you return the call, you get telemarketing calls from other numbers. In fact, I received a call from-what showed up as-Oregon. And received calls from i think SMC or SWC. not positive of which. No prizes or anything. Just annoying calls from the first time i returned that first call. ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING!!!!!!! MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!

Received a call from this number, didn't answer. Suspicious, since I've been getting calls from the 202 area code and when I look them up online, they trace back to cell phones.
