Called me IN Indianapolis Spanish recording Its all BS

I received a call from this number and am in the DC area.  Have not called it back.  Just appears as a missed call with no voicemail.  From these posts, it looks like a bot.

I answered & it was a recording in spanish? when i called the number back it said that the number had been disconnected!

I noticed on my cell bill that the number charged me 20 cents as though it was a text message!

Who is it? The number calling from, every week try to me and call in back is "Said opera message"

Rang three times on an STI Mobile utility cellphone and then quit.

I have recieved several calls from this number.  I don't speak spanish and usually hang up.  Is there someone that can backtrack this and make them stop soliciting for what ever it is.  They are wasting my air minutes and time.

This number calls at least once a day..too many scammers out there, never answer a number I don't know, if it is important or ligit, they will leave a message.

Funny thing is, I just got a collection call YESTERDAY because I owe money to tmobile, And today THIS number calls me YELLING in Spanish and the ONLY thing I could understand, was tmobile. So maybe it is a pissed off collection agency???

I am an EX Tmobile subscriber, now I have metro PCS, Funny thing is I had a collection agency from tmobile call yesterday, and today this number calls me and the only thing I could understand in the message was "t-mobile", because I don't speak Spanish. So I am thinking maybe it is a pissed off collection agency, in my circumstances.
