Just got the same call Eric Foster right !!!! How do any of us get on these peoples lists,I just changed cell phone carrier could that be it? I'd like to get these scammers

i just got two voice mails from this man with a heavy accent saying that he's an officer and that i need an attorney and if i dont call back ill be in trouble. "if i dont hear from you or your attorney then good luck to you in this situation." i thought that last sentence was really creepy so i called him back and told him to [***] off and dont call me again.

Good!  Someone needs to stop this. I have had 3 calls from these people.  You can' understand all they are saying as they do have a heavy foreign accent.  The first 2 times they didn't give a name but the third time they identified themselves as Officer Foster.

I also received a call from Officer Eric Foster, that is all I understood. Thanks to all who posted it was a scam, I was a bit worried.

Yes, I got a call from Eric Frost and claim that I had to pay IRS $4800 in cash. Otherwise, I will be arrested by the police in 15 min. I told him that I would speak to my lawyer and then he hang up.

Why are people still falling for this scam?

Going to be hard to do.  They are Indian scammer/extortionists beyond the reach of US Law

Ignore them.  Total scam artists.   They pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community.

He's in India.  As such he is beyond the reach of US law.  Call blocker is your best bet.

Got a call from 202-864-1131.  A person with a heavy India accent.  Telling me to call back and not to disregard the call cuz if I did he wished me luck with the consequences.   His name was Officer Eric Foster (doubt it)  I didn't call back right away but waited until today.   Then I blocked my number and called.   The number has been disconnected.   Guess they moved on already.  

He called me too.  Got my voice mail glad he didn't get me.  Stupid scammers!

I wonder how they know my girst name. My phone is listed under my husband and a pre pay....CREEPY

Eric Foster  IRS scammer called me: here's his number he was rude, he threatened to rape my mom and wife and kids....(415)2511037

Just called, let go to answering machine. Some garbage about an IRS law suit against me.  SCAMMER!

I started getting calls from someone saying the IRS has filed a law suit against me and to call this number.
