They may be able to fill in the blanks through public records. You'd be surprised how much information is out there.

Received on my business line, which is used ONLY for calls between our offices. Caller ID said: "MSQO". I did not answer, they left no message.

So like everyone, got a call from a lady about a no name survey question I forgot to answer. Asked how I liked my phone service provider, but now that I think about it, any company that has my number would specify its name. Oh and she only knew the number associated with the survey and not my name? Ok...She offered me $100 gift card (which is funny looking at the various amounts shared on the site) and basically talked over me the whole time. She never gave any concrete company information besides saying she worked for survey shop? Which I looked up and its a UK company for that region only. The kicker was the transfer to receive the gift card, which had no ring tone and it did sound like the same lady. When I asked her again to confirm the name of the company that she worked for. She said she couldn't hear me and "It be better if I just put down the phone" and hung up.

Also she gave me a customer id number to make her seem legit, but the call back machine doesn't provide entry of an id and also no phone is rang when they say they are calling an associate (Its like some random cell phone jingle)...ugh there were so many red flags, I've learned if they can't identify themselves let alone me-just hang up

Why would you give any total stranger that calls you, your credit card number or any bank info for that matter. Anyone you legitimately do business with will never call you and ask for such.

So glad I stumbled across this website...received a call from this number this morning and she said the same thing. I told her I did take part in a survey about my smart phone and then she stated that maybe I entered a survey from a department store. I disconnected the call.

They called saying I won 100$ gift card from doing a survey but I didn't take one and then she transferred me to a different person that's what she said but she sounded exactly the same but with a slits lay different accent this is a scam

Called said they were "returning my call" then said they were calling because i didn't finish filling out a survey i took... (complete lie) and that i had to finish answering their questions to get a $100 GC..

Just like the rest of the posts.  It would be nice if our law enforcement agents had the time to shut these criminals down!

Contact your credit card compnay right away, and get a new number...you're card has been seriously compromised.

I got a call on June 5, 2015 at 7:11 pm, much later than telemarketers usually call.  I was not home and the caller did not leave a message on my answering machine even though it was on.  My caller ID said, " MSQO," whatever that means.  What legitimate business does not use it's real name for their phone ID?  I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years.  I hope my Telezapper eliminated my number from their calling list.

I never fill out or answer survey questions because it's often a scam to sell you something.  A number of years ago, I had someone from a pet store call me over 35 times trying to sell me a dog.  (I kept a log of the calls.)  Sometimes the calls began as a survey on pet ownership.  It's nice that people post what is happening on this website so others will not fall prey to the most recent scam du jour.  It would be nice if our government would shut these people down, but that's wishful thinking.  In 2013, according to a television news show, the government prosecuted only fifteen telemarketers.  That's out of what? Thousands?  The donotcall.gov website get over 300,000 complaints a month!  You tell me - Is Washington getting the job done?

Got another call from this number on 6/9/15 @ 7:01 PM EDT.  It went to my answering machine as usual. The caller stayed on the line until the allotted time for an answer expired; however, they left no message. The last time this happened I got a call 15 minutes later from "out of the area unknown name" from a number listed as 011-954-1464.  The same thing happened this time. At 7:14 PM I received a call from the 011..... number. Same thing from this number when it went to my answering machine - stayed on the line until message time expired. I'm sure the two are connected in some way.

these thieves called here at 6pm.  its been quite a day for this type of calls. they didn't leave a message, and caller id was a meaningless msqo

My caller ID showed "MSQO".  I ignored the call and blocked the number.

011 isn't even an area code - not in the US anyway.

Another scam. Different number. Just one more to block.

Called at 10:55AM today June 13th,I repeated Hello three times and hung up No response on their end,but thanks to all that post about these calls I do so appreciate.
