The call is from Neil at Debt Free Lifestyles, I think it is a debt settlement company. If you call the number back and press 2, they say it will remove your number from their system and they won't call anymore.

This a credit debt reduction telemarketer.  Press 2 to remove your number.

Repeated phone calls, asked them to stop calling.  still calling

99.9 % of the time it is a telemarketer or a scam.

Called me twice, left no message.  Caller ID lists as "CUST SERVICE"

It's bother me all the time.

Called again just now. Prerecorded message from "Tiffany".  Seems to be a credit card scam.
