We've got several retail stores.  These Bizteam morons continually try to get over on us by charging, making fake offers, etc.  They can call you and say "Is this John" and if you say YES they can take that as you just okayed them to bill you.  It's a SCAM and AT&T knows it.  I have a claim working right now.

This number called today.  "Glen" said he had utility rebates.  THREE TIMES I said no and we don't operate our business that way.  He was rude and pushy so I hung up on him.  We are a non-profit and we are scammed almost every day like this.  It's a shame that these outfits prey on people who could really lose EVERYTHING if they don't know how to avoid the dreaded recorded call.

Called me at 9:30 am.  i was half asleep so I gave them my name and address :/ I feel so dumb now, I hope I didn't cause major damage.  Then I checked out their website at the better business bureau and it says fax company... nice.

Call from Bizteam, utility rebate of $300 offer and wanted me to speak to a manager. I immediately said "not interested" and hung up!

that is right ... they let people with 2/ years go so they didn't have to pay them holiday pay and vacation they will fire you right before your vacation time ...also they are very racist in terms they will hire people and them let them work for a while and them tell them their english is not good ,. i heard of a guy working there for years and bringing the company so much revenue and one day he got a letter from human resources saying reps english is not good enough  rep should take english classes ... short after providing rep with letter ... letter was taking away from him before he could take it to the law for discrimination.  also the managers are so rude and all they do for what i've heard is flirt with the woman and make people feel like their job means nothing and that they can be fired anytime for any reason also they don't care about their customers ... verify sales with integrity ???? customers we don't even get the rebates unless we are part of their little program and for what i have research they tell their employees not to mention rebates on tape if we (customers) mention rebates on tape they have to start a new recording tape!!! integrity?????  if we got the rebates why can it be mention on tape ????? i don't know as a business owner i am disgusted with this company and i will try to keep this company out of my phone lines .

i gave my info and i feel stupid now. :l do they charge you any fees?

Found this company (Bizteam LLC) was charging one of my corporate accounts $49.95 for five months during a routine yearly audit.  I called their phone number of 877-257-2455 and complained.  They had charged me for 5 seperate billing cycles and was only going to credit me for 2.  I told them my next call was to the FCC if I was not issued the entire credit of everything they had charged me.  After a conference with her supervisor her tune changed and she agreeded to refund all monies.
