Two calls back to back at 1am this morning.  One ring each time.  No answer when called back.

odd, 3 different reverse lookups listed the # on Cbeyond as the carrier.  From what i have read about Cbeyond and the complaints about them I would take thier response with a grain of salt.

3 of my neighbors all got calls this AM too.  Weird.. I told them to register with the Do Not Call complaints page.

my neighbor across the street actually has a Nephew in a Washington State hospital undergoing Cancer treatment.  She was very upset by the call.

i have 2 lines at my house...IN DELAWARE... called both numbers at the same time both yesterday (2/2/10) and today (2/3/10).  i have both numbers on do not call registry.  very frustrating

The phone rang once at 10:29 and hung up.

Also in Delaware...must be an attack!  LOL.  It called twice in succession tonight (02/03/10) @ 10:34PM.  Tried to answer but dial tone both times.  It had called last night around 9:15, but was not home to answer it.

Same here, in DE at 10:43pm. 2 rings and hangs-up. I've setup a PC as a dedicated call-blocker. It's to the blacklist for you.

Same with the rest of the posts. I live in DE and received the call at about 10:23 PM. and it said from Seattle. I would consider calling the police seeing that so many people in Delaware have gotten this call from the same person in seattle. Especially in this short of a period of time

im also in delaware and they keep calling, this is the second night in a row they have called it is 1050 PM and they called yesterday around 930 PM... who is this!?!?!?

Apparently, I am not alone. Yes, I'm in Delaware and the call says from Seattle.

Also in Delaware. Called just now at 10:48 PM. Rang twice, answered, hung up. Wonder if this is an autodialer going in numerical order, possibly looking for fax numbers or data connections... my first three digits are 359.

If this is true than I suggest calling the police on this jacka**. If we can find out who this guy is we can finally sleep in peace.

Cbeyond is also a phone service provider. It's apparently like how Verizon used to be before they introduced FIOS.

Hrm, yeah, after reading the other comments, telemarketing "research" is more likely.

(Fax machines and data lines? My brain must be stuck in the 90s....)

I called the police in both Seattle and in Delaware and there isnt really anything they can do about it either they said... so what do you do!?!?! Calling phone company in morning. If you have Verizon and most other phone companies too, you can get services for about $5 that you can block a bunch of numbers from and blocks people from private, unknown, 1800 numbers too from calling your house too, so I just added their number.
