got a call, no message. Looking to see who it was

Recorded message that I won a free security system....

Just alerted my State Attorney General office

I receive a phone call from 206-445-6351 on both my cell and land line every other day. Sometimes once in the AM and once in the early PM. No one is ever on the line.

Called me on my cell about 6 pm today. I was at work so I didn't answer it, but there was no message.

I get unwanted calls from 2-206-445-6351. Who are they?

Got a call from this number at 10:06am. Was at a meeting and whoever it was didn't leave a message.

recorded call representing G E Security wanting to place a sign in my yard. Gave option of hitting #2 to have no further calls which I have done 4 times before this call or press #1 to speak to someone. I hit #1 and tried to find out who was calling an ended up with a nasty female who told me to call the company complaint department but would not give me a number.

They called with an automated message asking to put a security company yard sign in front of my home and install a security system for free. Option 1 indicated interest. Option 2 claims to put you on their do not call list but they actually just keep calling you from different phone numbers with the same message.

If you are on the do not call list and get calls like this ALWAYS report them to the same site you registered your phone for the national do not call list.

Dude!!! What are the odds they called two Georges back to back??? Maybe that is how they group their calling list??? My last name is close in the alphabet to your last name also (within three letters) so I guess that is possible too

Received one just now.  Never seen it before so googled it and landed here.  No vm msg left by caller.

Got a call from 2064456351an hour ago -- didn't answer because I was driving -- googled it & got here. No message left!

Didnt answer, machine left VM cause I didnt answer. Same as above with option 1 for a sign and option 2 for DNC list. Just going to add to my blocked callers contact on my droid that auto blocks any more calls from that #.

Called twice, no one answers you ?????

I block this number every how ever many days before Verizon takes them off the list on an auto-expiration. They will call daily, multiple times a day with a burglar alarm scam. AVOID/IGNORE and MOST IMPORTANTLY... REPORT!!!

Got a call from this number. Tracer is now on it. They are in trouble, have been tracked and traced. Glad they will catch them.

Just got a call from this number a few mins ago. Called it right back and it directed me to a voice automated machine. I verified the number that called me and then verified my number and it said that I was removed from the call list for that number. Don't know if it will work, but give it a try.

five minutes after my co-worker answered he cell phone from a local area number (Dan from GE Home Security), I received a automated call from 206-445-6351 telling me that there is high criminal activity in my area and if I press 1 they will give me a "SMALL" sign to put on my lawn or press 2 to be removed.

“GE Security” has a Facebook page, but you will have to join the blog to post anything. Report them right on the FTC & FCC  Facebook pages. The Feds know many Consumers are reading the posts and maybe, just maybe something will be done about it.

These companies perform "free" installations of security systems conditioned upon signing an extended monitoring contract with the alarm system company. These "authorized dealers" are permitted and encouraged to advertise aggressively under the alarm company's banner, and are notoriously abusive telemarketers.

Monitronics has known for years, as has Dish Network, that many of their sales come from illegal telemarketing - it will be good to see some more published appellate decisions on this topic.”
