I also received the call about a so called grant of $9000. It was a foreign woman who spoke very broken English, had my general information but asked my age and area code.... Immediately struck me as odd considering she had just called my number.  Same thing as others, I was provided a grants information number and call back number to activate it. Call back was 206-880-1949 but they called from a restricted number
