Well my phone message was right in line with all the other comments....they even called my work. Please someone stop these ignorant, thieving, scum bucket, immoral ass wipes!!!!

Called for months at different numbers, never left messages.  Called me and my husband today while he was at work and said that there will be 2 summons against me and to call them beforeit is sent out. I am being charged with fraud. I call the number in a panic and it says that the mailbox is full. Then I came online and saw that others had similar issues.  What else can we do to officially report these people?

My mother keeps getting calls from a Nashville number and now Portland Maine number threatening a summons against someone with a similar name to one of our family members, said they had her social security number and left a case number. Because I work for a law firm, I called the number back from there. At first, when I called, same thing as everyone else - no company name, mailbox was full. COMPLETELY illegitimate. They have called her FIVE times in two weeks.  I tried again a few minutes later, someone answered, she asked my "case number" - HOWEVER- I asked the black female the company name first and then she could have my case number - to which she hesitated, I insisted, she says, "Inbound Center" - I told her I was going to report her.  She hung up!!   DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!

I wish I knew how to find these [***]!!!

Got a call it was a recording saying I had two summons cases against me filed against my ss# number and all the same as the ones had posted she gave me a case#jbs73335 how can we get these people to stop harassing???

Continued from my other massage the number that called me was 207-221-0836

Called back the # 207-221-0836. The person said I had misused a loan and was in default. When I called back they demanded payment of 690 $$$ I stated it was not possible. I asked for more information lie my complete Address, social , DOB, Bank account number. Since they said they had all this info already and just needed me to confirm it. I said well give it to me and I will tell you if its right or wrong. After a back and forth exchange they hung up. I tried calling back and it kept saying the number was in error!!!!

Called me while I was at work saying something about someone has my ssn?? I sounded like a recording, very impersonal which probably means they are calling random people at volume. Everytime I call back I get voicemail.
Weird.

They just called my current spouse and an automated voice named my previous marital name. Then it sounded like a woman stating my name and SS# had been linked to fraudulent activity and they were serving 2 summons pressing charges. They said cask ti soak ti their legal department and if I didn't before I was summoned I forfeit my lethal rights. ???

I'm a 24/7 stay at home mom with my Autistic son. My hubby is the only one that works. I don't buy anything, we've never had a joint account and with me giving up my career for my son my bank bal is usually $5 literally. I'm a  former police officer I've never been involved in any criminal activity.

They called I called back. They said they were collectors for fingerhut. My husband has 2 fraudulent against him but lady said no just one. Wants $50 biweekly

That's what they said again my husband. 2 fraudulent activities. Comp. Stated but lady said just one from fingerhut. I do know we owe fingerhut some money but that 10 yrs ago. And they r just now trying to get $50 biweekly. I think they need to send documents first

Did anyone that received these calls threatening summons for fraud ever get served.  They have called my office with an automated message stating they had two again me for fraud and gave me a case number to refer to before I was delivered a summons to my work or home.

It was a lady who left a message saying I will be served at home or place of employment. This company call my parents home had them scared I was going to be arrested..

I have received many calls related to different things from all the numbers that have been posted and of course the most recent was from 207-221-0836. They have been calling my dads house where not lived almost 15 years and claiming the fraudulent activity with ref # JBS74791. This is total BS and i really hope they get shut down and prison time!

This is (one of many) criminal extortion scams that have been going on for years. Many are operating overseas and out of the reach of US law enforcement, while others are operating within the confines of prison cells here in the US, using contraband cell phones. Others are using VOIP. Either way, they are able to disguise their identities and locations, making them next to impossible to prosecute. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting victims' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They have called me 3 times over the past 2 days. I know it's a scam, so I continue to call them back and mess with them. They want to call me constantly? I'll call them constantly. I've received the same rep three times, she has hung up on me all times. Now I'm getting a recording saying they're helping other customers.

And now it goes to busy signal when I call. Either they blocked  both my cell# and landline# from calling them or they have shut that line down and are getting a new one. Either way - score for me!

I just received the identical vm at my place of employment, have no idea who they are, what they are talking about.  Is it not illegal to call someone at their place of employment and as far as I'm concerned this is a threat.  Identical message down to the 2 charges of fraud etc.  I've never committed fraud in my life.
