I been getting these messages everyday since last Friday and I usually get the at the sometime everyday. I did call them to resolve a matter and they yelled at me . Then I just said cease and desist. Followed by a F.O.

this is the message they left me.
I'm contacting you from the process and summons division I'm calling to notify you that there will be two charges filed against you in your county looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your social security number  I do need to make you aware of your legal rights prior to them being filed against you. You would need to do so before you received your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you're served, your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is JVB26 with some other #s after the 26

Called them back was place on hold then a Black lady started to yell at me that I had to pay them 1,802.52 ASAP or send them $163 the next day. But then I realize it because no one speaks to any person the way she did if she's trying to collect money & remember this was in the news about ppl. Doing this

I have received several of these calls with the same voice mail as all of you.  I was just wondering how long have you been receiving these messages or calls.  They just started this week with me and I'm sick of it.  I worried at first until I came across this site.

I received a call from this number.  They say there is a Civil matter pending and that I will be served with papers today.  It scared the heck out of my Mom.

This is (one of many) criminal extortion scams that have been going on for years. Many are operating overseas and out of the reach of US law enforcement, while others are operating within the confines of prison cells here in the US, using contraband cell phones. Others are using VOIP. Either way, they are able to disguise their identities and locations, making them next to impossible to prosecute. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting victims' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Have received multiple calls from this number with threatening messages reporting that there will be charges filed aginst me in my county.

I have received calls form this number as well. Just block it and you won't have any more issues. I hate all the scams that are out there these days! People should be thrown in jail!

2072210836 is a joke telling me they are going to serve me papers I filed bankruptcy a year ago i dont owe anyone anything.

i just received a call from this number also last week saying I had two fraud cases against me. Do they think I'm stupid why would I do something like that and jeopardize what I work hard for and especially for my kids. It's irritating every year they call with a different number. Good to know I have other people support in this scam. Hopefully we catch them.

207-221-0836, have been calling my house for a month now, and did not answer, they left a  message and the information given was not familiar to me. They claim fraudulent activity has been associated with my name, which is untrue. This is a SCAM, do not waste your time  calling them back.

I also received a call from these people. I agreed like a crazy person to pay them because I was scared out of my mind. But then I thought about it, they were calling about a loan that I had received back in 2011. I never received a loan in 2011. They sent a document to my email address and they keep sending it. I have emailed them constantly to let them know I am not paying them one red cent. It will be a cold day in hell before they receive anything from me. I have printed off this so call email and taken it to an attorney to be check for authenticity. I am also having them tracked down. They have claimed to be working for sterling and associates from Hapeville, GA. Researched that to but nothing came up. So I hope that they are monitoring this website because I want them to know that the FEDS are tracking them down and are soon to be closing in on them. So my message to them is to keep on harassing people for as long as you can because your days are numbered. You will then find out how it feels to be threatened and harassed. KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!! THEIR WATCHING!!!!!

Keep getting the same message.  When I called back it was a sprint voice box 401-207-2210 telling me to leave a message.

I have been receiving calls from 207 221 0836 for a few weeks with a recorded message stating that my name an social have been linked to fraudulent activity as well and telling me to call them with a case number.  I called and asked who they were and she spouted something off I couldn't understand.  I asked again and finally she told me it was mediation center.  I asked what they were and wanted.  She asked if my name was Janette.  I said yes, then she asked what my last name was.  I told her if she knew my first name she must have my last name.  I again asked what they were and told her if they didn't stop calling, I would report them.  She said something again that was illegible and when I told her I couldn't understand her again she said, 'maybe you'll understand this', and hung up.  I think I will call them back everyday and start harassing them.

I have received calls stating the same thing from numbers in South Dakota, Tennessee and now Maine.Have reported this to the Atty. General in SD and Alabama where I live. Have not or will not call them back.

I received a voicemail stating from this number: 207-221-0836. A female voice from the Process and Summons division stated that two charges will be filed against you in your county. Looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your social security number. I tried calling back, and it says "your calls will be recorded for quality assurance." First time I got a recording saying "all people are helping other customers.", next time I got a busy signal, third time I was put on hold and then the phone call was cut off.

Persistent calls from this number stating a legal issue with someone else's name. No answer, no mailbox....constant calls every day!

I am getting the exact same call. But is is saying they are calling for someone by a different name. I tried to stay on the line and even call them back but get nowhere...the calls persist EVERY DAY!!!
