You actually think people believe you?  You've got to be CRAZY or work for IXE...IXE Financial is a SCAMBUSTER...they know it and everyone knows it.  IXE should be ashamed of themselves for living it up on hard-working, innocent people's money...shame, shame, shame.

The name of the company is IXE Accelerated Financial Services.  I also believe this is a scam and have reported them to the FCC.  They have a web page www.ixeacceleratedfinancialservices.com.  They call me several times a month even though I have told them numerous times not to call.  I am also on the do not call list.  I reccommend everyone to file complaints with the FCC.

The web site www.heatherwithaccountservices needs your help in bringing down the culprits running this illegal telemarketing operation.  Please email the site admin him at:

    stoppingheather@gmail.com

if you, as a result of receiving one of the "Heather" calls, have ever had any actual transactional dealings with any of the companies possibly behind or somehow related to this scam (based on numerous web postings that may or may not be accurate), including American Debt Negotiators Coral Springs Florida, the Consumer Law Group Richmond, VA, Castle Funding LLC/FL Home Mortgage and Realty LLC, American Credit Counselors, Inc.,PHL International Deerfield Beach Florida, BMV Corp or Metukon Corp.Coral Springs Florida, IXE Accelerated Financial Center, LLC Altamonte Springs, Interest Savings Today Ocoee, Florida, among others.

If you have conversed in detail with the representitives of any of these companies about their services or, more importantly, gone so far as to receive written materials in the mail that contain identifying information such as names ofcompany reps and return mailing addresses, or have ever been charged service fees on your credit card by any of them, please email the details to the aforementioned address.  On web sites like this one where people have been complaining about receiving thses "Heather" calls, there are posts from people who have had such contact with some of these companies.  If you are one of those people, please email the details to the aforementioned address.  Action is underway in several state and federal law enforcement agencies intended to shut the real culprits down and sort out the innocent parties (if there are any) at the same time.

One of the owners is Jamie Hawley, the other is Ivan Torres.  They are actually in suite 2300.  I've reported them to the FTC, FCC, FBI, BBB of Central Florida, and the Florida AG's office.  I recommend everyone else do the same in conjunction with any and all internet forums you can find.

I am an employee for IXE located in Altamonte Springs, FL. I happen to Jaime personally. Everything that she is saying is correct. If one of you did not receive the guarantee that we promised in our recorded verification...did you know that you could get that fee back? Only if we didn't follow threw on our guarantee!! How many scams give you your money back? None!! Also if we did not save you money, more then likely its because you didn't return your debt profile or you didn't keep your payments current. Without those 2 things we are unsuccessful but that is also stated in the recorded verification. Yes we do receive our leads from Experian how else would we know to call potential clients...with good credit scores and payment history...all this jibber jabber you are stating...is just that. You must get your facts straight. Report to the FCC or BBB or whatever but we protect our company and guarantees by a recorded verification. Just to prove that we are not a scam!!

So please keep in mind that we are not the only company who helps with lower interest rates on your credit cards. There are millions. Its finding the right company...to help you out of your debt and that is IXE Accelerated Financial Centers. 888-226-5185

News flash for you "Nicole" and your boss Jamie:  If, as the case appears to be,IXE is involved with placing unsolicited recoded advertisements to people, especially ones on the DoNotCall list, using spoofed Caller ID information and then refusing to remove those numbers that you called when requested to do so, then IXE is in blatant violation of the US TCPA.  Thus, even if the services IXE offers are legal and valid, the company and everyone involved with it are subject to criminal prosecution.

If, on the other hand, IXE is not involved with the illegal calls as described above, the it is in the best interest of IXE to assist those of us who are trying to put a stop to the illegal activity - activity that negatively affects your company's business.  My suggestion is to communicate with the admin of the web site www.heatherwithaccountservices.com and help protect your company's reputation and bottom line by helping to identify and put a stop to the company or companies that are behind the illegal telemarketing activity.

Is Jamie up to this challenge, or do you really have something to hide?

Well, it's been a while since IXE "employee Nicole" posted professing the innocence of the company.  One would have thought she or her boss Jamie would have been interested in following up quickly on any responses to that post, given that they are so concerned about protecting their company's "good" image.  But they haven't responded to my post challenging them to assist in helping to put a stop to the criminals behind these illegal calls.

    Their silence speaks volumes.

Their scam - tricking people into coughing up credit card info so they can quickly ding that account with an outrageous "service" charge - may even be legal, if not utterly unethical.  But their multiple violations of the TCPA (as I outlined in my previous redundantly posted post) are enough to rack up some pretty serious criminal charges, not to mention monetary penalties sufficient to bankrupt them very fast.  And if they don't think that several law enforcement agencies are monitor their activity as a result of the heat they've generated with complaints on this web site and dozens of others like it (especially www.heatherwithaccountservices.com), then they are as stupid as they are morally depraved.

We're all still waiting to hear from you, Jamie (but we're not holding our breath).

Just to be clear on some of the many violations of the US TCPA your company is committing, Jamie:

While your scam of tricking people into providing their credit card info so you can quickly post over $900 in "service" fees to the account may be armor plated enough to be judged legal (if not downright morally unethical), you company's blatant and long-running multiple violations of the US TCPA are an entirely different matter.

Using an autodialer to call every number in the US - volation.

Calling people (repeatedly, even) who are listed on the DNC list - violation (for each and every call made).

Using an autodialer to place fake Caller ID names and numbers on victim's phones - violation.

Placing calls leaving unsolicited recorder messages on people's land lines and cell phones for unsolicited services - violation.

Having telemarketers give misleading and inaccurate information to callers (such as lying about the name, address and business affiliation - we are affiliated with xxxx credit card company or bank") - violation.

Telemarketers refusing to provide accurate information (see the above) when asked, - violation (each and every time the question is asked and the answer is not given truthfully).

Refusing requests to remove a person's number from your auto-dialing list- violation (each and every time the request is asked and no action is taken).

Seems to me if you and IXE are so clean and honest that you will promptly address these matters here for us all to see.  I suggest you (as well as all of her victims) go to the web site www.heatherwithaccountservices,com and provide information that will help reveal the true identity of the parties responsible for these illegal calls.

My bet is that you, Jamie, will not respond here or at the aforementioned site because you are guilty of the above violations.

As for your lawyers that you have threated to sick on people who have complained in dozens of other posts at other web sites where hundreds of complaints have been lodged against IXE - bring 'em on!

We got the call, believe it or not, while I was on line doing my bill pay through my bank (are these clairvoyant, or what?).  Anyway, I was really really reluctant to participate.

It started with a pre-recorded message about me being this wonderful guy who qualified for reducing my interest rates on all my cards.  No company name was given (no caller ID, either).  I was told that this was my final chance (can't recall getting a first chance) to participate and that I needed to dial 1 immediately.

That was followed by Keisha telling me I qualified because my accounts were in good standing and Experion had given me a good credit rating.  There was something else about me being one of the chosen few who, unlike the great unwashed, could qualify at any time because of this near-to-heaven awesome credit score.  My leariness intensified, and I think it was in my voice.

We had a hard time finding a card that would work.  We've been trying hard to get rid of our debt load (even took a coarse on it through Financial Peace University - Dave Ramsay is an extremely good speaker on the matter and he really loves the Lord, which makes the whole thing that much better).  American Express doesn't work; any account that is closed doesn't work; any account whose card you've shredded to keep you honest and not living the American Dream of being beyond your limits doesn't work; and any account that is within about $250 of your limit doesn't work.

Sorry, Dave, if you're reading this it appears my littany of sins has finally caught up with me.  But, from ready the other stories of what this company is really like (wolves so cold they need their woolies to keep them warm) it also appears that maybe this time my sins protected me a bit.  I am just so very thankful that God protected me and my family from these people.

Where do these people come from?  The Rapture is going to be so worth it.

FYI to those trying to put a stop to the illegal telemarketing activity - the web site CallFerret.com appears to less than willing to help fight this scam.  They have refused to post the following information and banned my access to their site because I tried to share this with all of you.

Here'e the info (and notice that no names of suspected parties are even mentioned).  Judge for yourself as to why CallFerret elected to surpress this information.

The name "David Smith" that is appearing on Caller IDs of people getting these "Heather with card services" (and the car warranty calls) is fake, and the phone number 904-757-4253 is not real, it's an untraceable spoofed number, one of many that these scammers used randomly. The scammers probably chose to start having the name David Smith show up on the victims Caller ID along with the spoofed phone number (which they change from week to week) in order to throw people off - i.e., a person may be more willing to answer the phone if the Caller ID show a benign name.

There have been posts stating that the number was traced back to an address for a David Smith in Jacksonville, FL, but this is a fictitious address. There are 60 "David Smiths" in Jacksonville, and none of them match this fictitious address and phone number.  Therefore, using this fake information in filing complaints with the authorities is a waste of time because they cannot take action based on fictitious information.  Go read up at www.heatherwithaccountservices.com - a web site dedicated to revealing and stopping these criminals- if you want to share factual information regarding the true identity of these criminals and use that information to file meaningful reports with the authorities.  (The site also posts links to the agencies that are tracking this illegal activity and need to hear from you.)

Their primary scam is tricking people into providing their credit card info so they can quickly post over $900 in "service" fees to the account may be armor plated enough to be judged legal (yet downright morally unethical), but the company's blatant and long-running (over one year and counting) multiple violations of the US TCPA are an entirely different matter.

Using an autodialer to place blind calls to thousands of personal landlines and cellphones in the US - violation.

Calling people (repeatedly, even) who are listed on the DNC list - violation (for each and every call made).

Using an autodialer to place fake Caller ID names and numbers on victim's phones - violation.

Placing calls leaving unsolicited recorded messages on people's land lines and cell phones for unsolicited services - violation.

Having telemarketers give misleading and inaccurate information to callers (such as lying about the name, address and business affiliation - "We are affiliated with xxxx credit card company or bank") - violation.

Telemarketers refusing (often abusively) to answer provide accurate information (see the above) when asked, - violation (each and every time the question is asked and the answer is not given truthfully).

Refusing requests to remove a person's number from your auto-dialing list- violation (each and every time the request is asked and no action is taken).

The web site www.heatherwithaccountservice.com has the information you need to help put a stop to this illegal activity.
