OKie Dokie.  Looks like the stunning silence from IXE (Nicole and Laramie) means IXE is indeed the culprit behind these violations of the US TCPA and are now being pointed out as such to several different law enforcement agencies that are building a strong case against these criminals.

    See ya' in court, scumbags!

IXE's number:  888-226-5185  -- they are getting their service from nuvox.  Nuvox contact data is here -- and I'm sure they would get tired of the complaining emails from everyone that has had problems. :)

DNC listing replies to Jaime Hawley
Oh yes Jamie, just ignore the facts that the company you infact are the president of uses an automated dialer, a pre-recorded message, it does not identify the correct and accurate name of the company that is calling, it does not give information on HOW to remove from your call list, you call DNC numbers, your agents ignore repeated requests to be removed from your internal and client call list among various other little actions.  And how I do I know it's your company, because I press one and ask the agents, that's how.

As for your 71 client service agents (which averages around to about 25 -35 per shift depending upon how you seat them, oooo.. big call center.. NOT.. lemme know when you manage an 800 seat 24/7/365 call center for a Fortune 100 company), they are the rudest, most uneducated on sales techniques that I have ever dealt with.

BTW, can you manage to spell your attorney's last name right yet?

Nicole you and your whole organization is fake and full of it, Im sure you have nothing to do with the billing or the refunds directly or do you have anything to do with that company other than to collect a paycheck everyweek! You and JAIME HAWLEY are so out to protect the fact that you guys are not fraud but neither one want to face up to the fact that you guys are violating so many laws in FLORIDA and NATIONWIDE as far as continuosly calling people on the do-not-call list thats a big no no and you and your company will pay for this criminal act. But in the meantime just go back to being Jaime's puppy but keep looking at those doors every time one opens.

I too got a call from this number.....told me I was qualified with no charge of the $900 since my credit was in good standing...and that the $900 would be just pending on my credit card, and that I wouldn't even see it on my statement, it would just be pending, then be taken off....and they would save me $20,000 on credit cards....so I went ahead...and when I spoke to someone else, they were going to charge that $900 on my credit card. I told the man that the lady told me what I just typed above.  I was confused, because one person told me something else, and another told me another thing....so when they went to record me....I said they told me it would be pending....and of course they offered 3 day cancellation, and 30 day guarantee that if they couldn't save that amount, we could cancel and get our money back...so I said ok...but I didn't have a gut feeling about this..so immediately, I called my credit card company and had my cancelled. They cancelled that immediately.   When the package came at my door where I had to sign, I refused it.  Then, a week or 2 later, they called, and said they received the refused package...and I told them my husband and I decided we didn't want to go ahead with this....she told us that we couldn't cancel.  I told her yes we could, and she told me no that I couldn't.  At that point, I handed the phone to my husband.  My husband spoke with her and told her we didn't sign anything, and yes we could cancel....she kept saying we couldn't, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing....then she said we could listen to the recording....so we did, and we also recorded it....at the end of the recording he says that I have 3 days cancellation, and 30 days guaranteed cancellation that if they can't save you that money, they will refund the money back.  After listening to the recording, my husband told the lady(her name was Chrystal Lenderman) that we have this recorded as well, and will let our attorney listen to this...and she said obviously that we can cancel, and that they were going to refund the money and said good-bye quickly....which, they never did get to deduct that from our credit card because I cancelled the card....so I don't think she realized it was never charged...she just wanted to get off the phone quick, because she had nothing to threaten us with.  For a professional company, as she told my husband on the phone, that was not professional to me at all.  I see it as a scam, and am thankful that I went by my gut feelings....when one person tells you something, and another person tells you something else.....I didn't feel too easy about it....even in the recording, you could tell by my voice, I was unsure of them.  This is the information they gave my husband when he asked who they were.....but this time, they called at a different number....
IXE--Ivan X Estraded LLC, 927 Fern St., Altamonte Springs, FL  32707 The first time they called, they had the number listed on here, but this time the Phone number was 321-397-3828 (how many numbers do they have????) and the name of the lady we talked to last was Chrystal Lenderman...if that is truly her real name.  I will never make this mistake again....they sounded so helpful and convincing, I was almost fooled.

Just to add one more thing that I forgot....after I cancelled my credit card, I also went to look them up on the BBB to see what kind of standing they had with them....and they had a negative standing with BBB, so then I knew my gut feeling was right.

Linda replies to OH! For your sake!

I made the same MISTAKE. They sound so trustworthy, since IXE Accelerated Financial Services said they obtained my info. from Experian and belong with BBB. IXE is not a member of BBB, not did the CC company had them on their list as a interest rate reduction company. I was apprehensive, but as a fool i gave them permission to go ahead. But then I called to decline and said they could not cancel. Then IXE said I called them...NOT. I said I wrote down the (1-301-223-0027) from my caller ID. The next day I immediately called my CC company and the change was not processed, therefore, I told them not to accept the charge. I phone today 7/25/08 and the charge went through and there were no notes of my call. What do I do... I put in a compliant with FTC, and they pretty much told me I would have to eat the charge.  Please advise ASAP!

Beware to all consumers. Jaime or Jamie, I'm sorry, just because you are registered with Florida Dept. of Agriculture, Lic. #TC3127, only means IXE AFS/C,LLC is lic. to do business in the State of Florida. Florida Dept. of Agri. does not have the authority to approve IXE sales scripts. Call for yourself.

Linda - scam victim replies to Jaime Hawley
Jamie, IXE stated from the initial call that you are a member of BBB, which you are not.  If you were, then all legimate members will have the BBB logo posted on the company web sites, which you do not. Your address is not posted, no disclosure of policy info., such as cancellation policy, etc...Professional companies will disclose a host of information on their company web site proven their legitimacy.

As far as trying to speak to a representative from 888.226.5185, took almost 20 minutes to get through to a representative.  I know how professional financial institutions conduct and develop business relationships with clients...And your CS rep. are not trained professionally compared to companies like Fidelity.

Also, when requested the phone number for Dynamic Financial Resolution (DFR)(Canada base company), where most of these debt resolution SCAM companies are based from according to FTC. IXE said they did not have the number because they are the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for DFR. I so happen to know this is not true. I work as a TPA claims analyst for a prominent health insurance company, and we always had an contract number for the company we represent.

same situation as above I got a call at work to save on intrest so I pressed 1 then she started asking for info when she didnt give me any details on the service she was offering and wanted my credit card # I said I cant do that she said I understand and there was some law that said we cant charge anything to your account without my signature or voice. I still said no and asked for a company name to research online and I can call back. Then I get online and found this. I learned the hard way about 6 years ago at work got another call to help repair my credit they did the recording thing and made it sound like I was getting a credit card I paid 300.00$ for it. when the package can in the mail it was a bunch of paperwork about how and who I could start credit with. I was mad I called and listened to my recording played back and there was something in there that was general enough to not really have to be a credit card and they got 300.00$ from me for nothing.

so let me get this straight, your dogging jamie for working at a small business but you manage a call center with 800 rude employees? Thats what i get from your poorly written post. So does that mean your a bigger pain in the neck with 800 employees? Your going to tell me you 1 person can manage 800. Thats impossible genius. Id like to see you even get a glass of water for just half of those employees. you cant manage 800 people unless they are all dead. Get real what kind of fortune 100 company(by the way its fortune 500) would let 1 person control 800. Just exactly what does manage mean to you, keeping the coffee fresh?

Ther is no connection Have you ever heard of the consumer protection act? Its a federal law that protects you from fraud. Do you honestly think a company, again a company needs your credit card? Even with a 5000 dolloar limit it wouldnt benefit a company to use your credit card. Heck their hourly light bill is probably more than that. And you think they stole your card for phone sex. Wake up its probaly someone you know not a company.

Your website doesnt even work, and your gonna bring down culprits.Get a website that works and find something better to do with your time. Maybe learn web programming. You are no more legitimate than the company you are trying to bash. If any body needs proof go to your toolbar and enter
www.heatherwithaccountservices.com and see what kind of advertising engine your redirected to. Its the same as telemarketing, only you use the web. Telemarketing is just another form of advertisement
