They are pretending they are from our credit card companies and offer you
a lower interest rate.  The 44 sounds like it is from another country.
Please have someone investigate before others give away valuable info.
Bank Said it sounds like a scam!

I am on the no call list, they said they got my number from Visa
and they are the ones that send out the statements. Not true according to my Charge Co.

44 is before the 44 207 403 3667.  When questioned in detail I obtained
a couple of 800 numbers but sorry I don't have them in front of me.

Pretending they are affliated with your credit card (Visa) and are offering a lower interest rate because your credit is so good. They state they
are the company that bills for Visa and will get them to lower your rate but when you call your credit card company they don't know anything about them stating it is a SHAM!

1/5/07 44 207 436 7940 Caller said they were calling on behalf of our
good credit and that our charge card company would lower our interest rate, etc. Pressing for info. they said they were given our phone number from Experian and that Experian sends out info. regarding people that have good credit reports, etc.  She said my current lenders send them info. also. They said it was an automatic system, names sent to lower interest rates..  The girls name was Crystal, she said she the company is from Central Florida.  She said her phone number is 888 226 5185 and ID her company as...    EXCELLERATED FINANCIAL CENTERS!

They called and said they were affiliated with my Visa company and because of my good credit, could lower my interest rate on ALL of my accounts - revolving, car loan, mortgage - EVERYTHING. I talked to three people,1st was Sonja, then her supervisor - Keisha ID#2726, and finally Randy Young ID#1005. The address of this company given to me was IXE Excellerated Financial Centers - 927 Fern St suite 2300 Alta Monte Springs, FL 32701. Two additional phone numbers given 1-888-226-5185 and 1-207-403-3667. They gave me a Client ID # and said that Experian was affliated with them. They were sending me a packet to fill out within 10 days. This call came in on 1/08/2008 and today i received the packet via Certified Mail (1/17/2008)

We've been receiving calls from this phone number for months now. When we answer the phone, no one is on the other line then it goes in to a busy signal. We've been investigating some fraudulent charges to our bank account for a few weeks involving phone sex lines. We are thinking that there may be a connection now with all of this. If anyone else is experiencing this problem, please post something on here that may be able to help us out.

I hope you didn't send that packet back with all your info in it. I was told that I had 3 days to cancel after my husband heard the recording that we made. I went ahead. MISTAKE! At the end of the recording after I had already hung up, the guy added that there was no cancelations. And they wouldn't take any either. It is now going through my Fraud Dept. And it was not billed on the card as IXE Financial as they said it would be, it was Banctech Processors in El Paso, TX. That's a Software Comp. SO HEADS UP TO ALL!!!

They sound so convincing on the phone but after receiving my packet, I became more leary about filling it out and began an investigation of my own, unfortunately too late to reverse their charge on my credit card.  The credit card fraud department tells me they can not reverse the charge unless they do not provide the service they claim to sell.  I called IXE with questions and they were very accomodating, friendly and reassuring about the safety of my information and the work at lowering our interest rates but my gut feeling still tells me not to go any further.

this company really did help me get out of debt....my interest rates were reduced from 19.99 % to 6.99. Crystal was my financial advisor she is awesome, you should hear her on the phone with Bank of America.

I received a call on 1.18.2008 from an IXE Agent named Sonia. When she was explaining to me how much money I was wasting monthly, I thought this couldn't be right! After spending 45 minutes on the phone with her, I felt comfortable enough to give it a shot. With doing so ALL of my interst rates(6) are now at one payment each month with Chase at 3.9% for the life of the balance transfer. Reducing my interest rates by 70%! This is exactly what I have been looking for and thank you again Sonia!

HEATHER in account services who is a robo-dialing voive mail computerised THIEF! calls my number all the time. EXPERIAN is no better. I am on do not call...I NEVER gave EXPERIAN permission to give ANYONE my personal info. I HATE THEM they should suffer.
[***]! IXE may be nobody, but EXPERIAN is a satanic/demonic entity and they also happen to be filthy-rich so I have filed my complaints now that I know who they are. I hope they rot in hell.

I would like to know how what private info you have to submit,within
what period of time, what fee amount did you pay IXE Financial Centers
aka: BANC Tech charged on credit card submitted.  They charged me $695.00 and a guy named Dan called from billing to confirm the order by Keisha #2726 id.  Also, how can we prove that you were an legitimate and actual client of IXE?  I am apprehensive about this program legitimacy, as this
appears to be a group of messages exposing more negative information than positive information.  If it is legit, it is a service that is needed for those of us who have been taken advantage of, regarding exorbitant rates, even though the FED keeps lowering rates at which the banks can borrow, but not passing them on to us creditcard holders.  
How long did it take for IXE to get your interest rate reduced, and was
it kept at that rate until the balance was paid?  Any info to verify the validity of the program would be welcomed by all of us needing interest rate reduction assistance.  Thanks for some reassuring news asap.  I am awaiting a BBB report, regarding IXE Financial Centers...they do have a website that looks legitimate...but I remain skeptical and cautious!
