Just got a call from them.  The ID said Caribou from ME (Maine I suppose).  Didn't pick up.

Recording about $40 billion dollars in grants funds.

How would you like it if someone was bothering you for no reason while you were getting treatment for someone with cancer.

Yes, I got a call today from this number. ID said National Service Center. I do not know what this is but they can take their calls and stick them where the sun don't shine. Does no good to report it to the Do Not Call Center. I registered other calls with this outfit and I still get them. I wished to hell these stupid calls would stop!!!! Why are people allowed to do this? So good luck to any and all people who are getting these calls. They will continue to call regardless.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone last week and again today.  Recorded message trying to sell me health insurance.  I was given the option to press 2 to opt out and be placed on a DNC list with a 72 hour grace period, a week later they called back again.  I tried to call them back and got several busy signals and when I did get through I got a recorded message giving me the option to press 1 to opt out, however I was unable to actually speak to anyone.

This is not a legitimate company. Registering with the Do Not Call list does nothing to stop these people. Only legitimate companies pay attention to the DNC, scammers do not. Their numbers are usually spoofed and the number you see on your caller ID is usually not the actual number that they are calling from. Most are based in foreign countries and there is very little legal recourse. I'm in agreement with the poster who suggested getting a boat air horn. Looks like that's the only way to get rid of these scammers. Leave their ears ringing enough times and maybe they'll get the hint!

get a call about 1 time a week from them, never leave a message, annoying!!

These idiots keep calling me every day several times a day. I finally decided to start answering the phone saying hola como estas? Since doing that, they've stopped calling. I'm guessing they don't like talking to someone who speaks Spanish lol.

I take my brother for chemotherapy and I keep getting calls from this number. Don't know who it it, but then after a while a message comes on telling me that if I no longer want to receive calls from this number to press "1", and it will be 72 hrs before my name can be removed from their list, but it hasn't helped any. I have pressed "1" several times after the call and it continues to happen. Please advise

You can't do this! Once you do that they know it's a good number and the calls will get worse! U.S. phone laws aren't the same in India. NEVER answer or texts numbers that you don't know. Please pass this information on!

Getting a call at least once a week from various area codes including 207 with a recorded message trying to sell health insurance.  One time tried to stick it out just to be able to talk to someone or opt out.  NOPE.  Didn't happen.  Very frustrated.  Ready to change my phone number.  Whoever is doing this should be charged and put in jail.

This number continues to call us and no one answers.  What kind of game are they playing this is a continuous robo number.  Don't know who they are because they never let you know.

We are on the do not call list but they continue to bother
