This number keeps calling my phone over and over and over tonight it called my phone at 2:30 a.m. I never answer it and they never leave a message but I really need to sue them because I can't be bothered with them calling my phone all the hours of the night I even think they have people calling from other area codes sometimes.. my phone won't block a caller but I did group all of the numbers that keep calling me under the same contact info and now instead of my phone ringing it will go straight to my voicemail. If anyone knows how I can sue them please let me know

Keeps calling at 1:30 AM waking me up in the middle of the night.
I have sick family, so It could be a death message. Not appreciated!

Called my cell at 2:26 A.M. Gave us a heart attack. This should be completely illegal. Recording said something about student loans. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?????????????????????????????????

This number continues to call at crazy times!  I got a call 2:30AM today!   I use my phone as my alarm, so I was awakened from a deep sleep & have to work early!   Why isn't this stopped?  How can they get away with this?

It is illegal.
This means the caller is breaking the law, therefor a criminal.
Criminals have no regard for the law, so they break it.

They called at 2:30am, I didn't answer. I see others had calls in the middle of the night as well. I blocked calls from that number.

I got a call from this number at 2:48 AM.  Tried calling back.  Said call cannot be connected.  Too bad because I really wanted to talk to them and give a piece of my mind.  If I knew what company it was I'd report them for calling me in the middle of the night!

The problem is that you must have entered your phone number somewhere and it was put on a list. That list was then sold over and over. This is why you are all getting these calls. You probably also get calls from other companies too, but they stop calling when you tell them to. These people are relentless and the more you ask them not to call the more they call. My number got on the list because someone used a wrong are code somewhere.

Some student loan forgiveness program that does not exist...  They just want to get some stupid people to refinance their loan with them at a higher percentage rate(APR).

Just got a call from them. No message and return call indicates some kind of junk. If they do not want to leave a message, then [***] em.

Received a few calls from this number. Tried calling back, but appears that number isn't in service. Not sure what or who the call was about. Please stop calling my cell phone when you aren't going to leave any message.

Continue calling about Harp. I have asked numerous times to be taken off their call list to no avail.
