Caller keeps hanging up when machine answers.

Called and got machine. No message.

Annoying caller hangs up on machine, Will call back for days.

This person called from Wheaton High School in Maryland soliciting donations for their sports posters.

This person called soliciting donations for the sports posters of Carabasette High school.

they call, I answer, they wait a second and hang up. googled it and found All American Sports in Boise, ID. they have an address. QUIT CALLING ME.

An elderly sounding man called and after I finished my greeting he said "What?!" and hung up. Looks like,after looking the number up online, the number is from a sports goods store?

Calls repeatedly,twice-three times a week. I say hello and hangs up every time. Isn't there a purpose to make a phone call? This will be reported.

Called my business all day.  Plenty of profanity in the messages.  Crowd noise in the background, too.  Some times it's just a half ring.

Apparently this is from an advertising company. The last time they called, they leave this message about Meadowbrook High School..You would think that there is a way we can put a stop to this ANNOYANCE!!!!!!!!!

I missed a call, they hung up after several rings.  I have gotten these types of calls before and they are trying to sell advertising. Probably for calendars for local school sporting events, or for programs that will be handed out at these events. This company calls "on behalf" of local schools in your community. I have advertised in these venues before and never gotten anything of value out of it.

First time I've ever been called by them today. I didn't answer cause I figured it was for advertising/donations etc. They didn't leave a voice message.

Yeh guy called me and wanted a donation to the local high school sports program.  Told him our company could not do it this year.  He wanted a better answer than that.  I asked why he was calling from a long distance number.  Says they do it for hundreds of schools.

Looks like a sacm too me... To get the money and that is it!
he gave me he is phone 888-357-9911.
But I dont trust these people!!!
Be aware when you give any info.

I just read what you wrote about the call I made to you in regards to adversing with All-American for The Wheaton H.S. MD sports posters and I apoligize if I was not clear about our website, I do not want to be associated with any kind of scam and I can asure you this is not. We stand by our posters and have very satisfied customers. My suggestion to you is check out the website again and this time once you log on click on advertisers and then click on sample products, when you do this a blank poster will appear W/5 small posters on the right, double click on any one of the small posters and it will be transfered to the blank one. Run the mouse over the ads to get sizes and prices. Again I apoligize if I was misleading in any way.

I have read some of the comments on this page and I want to say that all telemarketer calls are not scams, what we do as a company benifits the schools that contract us and the businesses that purchace ads from us. When I call a number I am doing my job and if I get a little persistant it is only becauce I want the school I represent to put out the best poster possible for the school and for the business that advertises. I don't call asking for money then send you a bumper sticker for your dollars I am providing a service that is great for both sides and that has been provin many times over. The hardest part of my job is getting hung up on or insulted when I make calls but my goal is to do the best that I can for the school I represent so please, if you receive the call from someone at All-American just keep in mind that we are doing our job just as you do each day.  Thank You

Hey Kevin.  Your industry annoys thousands of hard-working, tax-paying Americans every day who want nothing more than to be left in peace in their own homes.  What you do is an invasion of privacy, nothing more and nothing less.  Your industry is so flawed that thousands of disreputable scammers have decided to capitalize on it, and bilk thousands of people (mostly senior citizens) out of money every day.  You sound like a halfway intelligent person - I advise you to put your talents to better use and find another job - one that does not harass and annoy.
