    Kevin,

Let's be real.  You are only making these calls FOR THE MONEY!  You are not trying to help mankind or these schools ONLY... If there was no money involved you wouldn't be making these calls.

I answered and didn't say anything...could hear chatter in the background that made it clear that this was a boiler-room telemarketing call.  I eventually said "hello" and the person adjusted her headset and said that she was calling on a "special project" for the XYZ High School.  I googled the number, saw that this was a telemarketing call and simply said to her "Good for you." and hung up.

This number called my cell phone this afternoon.  I didn't answer because the area code is not from my area.  They didn't leave a message.

Keeps calling an unpublished number which is on the DO NOT CALL list for years now.  Leaves no message and calls in return are all "No, we didn't call you...."

    Very annoying and disruptive.

This company is not a scam. There are tons of businesses that use this service to put their ads on sports posters for schools and themselves. The schools do beneifit from it and get their posters for free. It is an Idaho based company, but does business nation wide. The schools have contracted them and there is proof of that. They call business to business so it has nothing to do with calling homes or senior citizens. Nothing is perfect so it can happen.

File a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry if the number they called has been registered for at least 30 days. I do it even for my business numbers.

Made the mistake of answering this call again. Same routine as before; chatter and music in the background (very professional). "My name is Tina and I'm a project coordinator for All American Sports..."

Next sound she heard was a CLICK...from me.

I am not a business, but they have called my personal cell phone number.  It may be a "legal" business, but soliciting money over the phone (or over the internet for that matter) is neither a good way to make money (since most people these days are able to avoid such calls) nor is it trustworthy because of all the scammers.  Telemarketing may be legitimate, but it is in all actuality obsolete.  The truly, honestly legitimate companies would realize that and quit calling.

Called and offered a business ad on their football calender. I told him I just couldn't do it right now because our sales were very low. He tried to tell me I didn't have to pay for anything till August. I told him again I just couldn't do anything now. He hung up on me.

I'll remember that hang up next time any telemarketer calls me. They'll just get a rude hang up and an immediate report to the Do Not Call List.

NOT TRUE! I have worked with this company for years. They do have contracts with every school they work with and pay rebates off of the gross amount of every ad that is sold. My rebates are always on time!

Said they were calling from local high school.  I stated that if they were the caller ID would show a local number and area code.   They hung up.   Appears to be a  SCAM of some sort.
