Called the phone number back - response was answering message  by "Brian".

I keep getting these phone calls so i answered it one day and it said hello, (in this nasaly male voice) is donna there i didnt say anything and let it keep talking then it paused and repeated itself hello is donna there then  after another pause it said ok ill try @ another time bye-bye.

Soo annoying im a late sleeper and it calls @ 8-8:30am!!! on the weekends

They call every day, even Saturdays

No message...keeps calling

Call received at an UK no. on 6.28pm GMT 6th Dec 2007. Call screened using answering machine, no message left. I'm on the TPF, which is the UK equivalent of "do not call list", these people need to be stopped. How can their company details be identified, so papers can be served?

Another call to the UK about 3.30pm 6th Dec 2007. How annoying just hung no one there.

I'm also on the TPF, but am beginning to suspect that calls from 'abroad' aren't bound by this because there's no way to enforce it properly unless the company has a large, active UK presence.

Here's hoping a large number of pointless calls to the UK - especially while the dollar's weak against sterling - will undermine their profits and business. :-/

Another UK call. Today at 8PM GMT. I am also registered with TPS. I've registered a complaint but not sure how much they can do.
We didn't even realise it was an automated message, just thought the 'person' phoning was really dumb when they couldn't answer our questions!

Same again - call to UK at 5pm GMT. I am also registered with TPS. They asked to speak to "the lady of the house" then hung up. I have complained to TPS.

If the website others quote is genuine, then the company has a UK presence, so hopefully something can be done.

We recieved our first call from "FFFF" a week and a half ago. I have told them since day once, Do Not call.We are on the do not call list, yet they continue to call every day!!! I work late, therefore sleep late and they are my alarm clock every DAY!!!

I told them to place me on their DNC list; they were polite and quickly added my number. No calls or problems since.

I have a Plan....I get about 10 calls per week. After some investigation here is what I found. They have several caller Id names and phone numbers and it appears they are harassing many people and will not stop.

I have ordered a movie from this company.  My daughter didn't like it, and then they called and wanted to send another one.  I said no, but it showed up in the mail anyway.  I have asked them to stop calling, but they will not.  I have called the number that showed up on my Caller ID, and did speak to a person.  I asked him to take my number off their list, and he said it takes about 24 hrs, but that I shouldn't receive any more calls.  We'll see.

I bought a movie from them a long time ago.  It is paid and they called asking for payment.  My husband asked them the last time that they called to take us off their list, and they said that they couldn't, I have to call another number to do so.

I fell for the hoopla and they sent me the tapes but as soon as I got them out of my mailbox I took them straight to the postmaster and had them returned. When my credit card wasn't credited back I called them and they said that if I was returning them I was to call them first. I didn't see that anywhere. I called my credit card company and they were the ones to tell me to call them. It was never credited back. I chalk it up to my stupidity to begin with. They are out of Utah. And yes, when they call you the thing is a recording that you are talking to. They've called back many a time

Feature films for Families is a great place to find DVDs for kids,Yes they do call but they don't pressure, give them a chance you'll like them.

Received a call on 6/5/08 at 6:15 pm.  Caller ID showed FFFF. Left no message.
