208-388-3328 Feature Films for Families ~ In one week I had 16 phone calls from this company. No messages were ever left.  I answered once and got a prerecorded message "We are unable to connect your call at this time."  What???? I didn't call THEM, they called ME.  I was so frustrated that I wrote an email to the company requesting that my name be removed from their list and that my number be put on the DO NOT CALL list.  I then told them if I continued to receive calls that I would contact the Attorney General and I would send out mass emails to friends with FFF's phone number and online order site and we would begin flooding their system. I received a reply saying that my name was removed. Guess what? First thing this early Monday morning I received two calls. There contact number is 1-800-FamilyTV custserv@familytv.com

The good news is that the films they offer are quite good, very suitable for young audiences and appropriate for classrooms.  The bad news is, if you ever bought one (my retired teacher wife did 15 years ago), you are therefore an established customer and the "do not call" rules don't apply.

We purchased movies from Family Feature Films when our girls were young.  They were wonderful movies the whole family could enjoy.  Our girls are now grown ups and have told them this when they called.  If our girls were young I would continue to buy from them.  I don't however, like the fact that they have been calling our house before 8:30am!!!  It's against FCC regulations and I'm on the National Do Not Call list too.

Called me four times one day.  I was home early this p.m. and answered.  Caller was looking for "Lilly."  Boy they burn up the phone lines.  Told him he had the wrong number.  If he is a telemarketer, he should not be calling me anyway because our phone number is on the do not call registry!

Since reading other posts here, I have received calls from them before and was on the do not call registry.  They start out as a "survey" and then try to sell you movies.  Their starting out as a survey exempts them from violating do not call registries?

Reverse look-up lists them out of Boise Idaho.

Got a call from FFFF this morning at 8:38a.  They asked for Vicki, I said this is Vicki and they said, thank you for your time and hung up.

never leaves a message.  I called back and the asked if I had a house I wanted to sell....Told them no and take me off there calling list... Did this 2 hours ago... Just got another call they asked for Sam... Told them that i had just called to be taken off the list...  Asked for his name I got ryan... and then asked for the company and some girl just informed me that it was swithed over to her.
